Went there for flat tire due to nail.. 0 customer service and I didn’t care about customer service as far as they fix my tire.. well ended up couldn’t fix the tire.. now I’m thinking am I in the right place!!Lol!! Had to fix just half mile away from that location.

Every visit I go since day one I always have the best experience they’re friendly fast and reliable people! You can do mostly everything at this shop from tire, brakes,rotors,oil change, alignment, a/c, battery replacement and etc. Prices are at its best and accurate! I hope my honest rating is accurate enough for the new customers and people just doing research .

Went in for a wheel alignment they took one of my wheels and charged me for another one put a patch on a tire and my car’s problem never fixed when i went to another one they said the only problem was the alignment so these people wasted my time and money just for the problem to never be fixed and to be charged half my bank account dont go here if you dont know what is wrong with your car they will scam the hell out of you

My TPMS light been on for about 2-3 weeks and i finally got a chance to see about it thanks to Mr Ceaser for being VERY GENEROUS AND HELPFUL he was able to get my light off on my dash board.. THANK YOU SO MUCH… TREY

Honestly this place is not so bad but this one employee name Oscar is just extremely rude, made me feel super uncomfortable with the way he was staring at me, when I was asking him questions about other concerns I had about my vehicle completely ignored me, blew me off to go take care of a customer that had just came in and just left me talking pretty much by myself. Another employee name Jorge had to come and help and honestly he was such a helpful young man. If I would go back I would for Jorge never again with Oscar just extremely rude.

Spoke to Caeser (hopefully I got the name right), to order wheel spacers for my Jeep Compass. He took my details, placed the order on a Friday and item arrived on the following Sunday, where I then picked them up from him that same day. (I am not based in Houston and was flying back that Sunday). He was gracious enough to guide me through the process to understand what size of the wheel spacers I needed, what bolt and nut sizes, etc etc. I will definitely go to Central Tires when I visit Houston. Just in case you want to fit wheel spacers for your 2019 Jeep Compass, be sure to get 1) 12x1.25 wheel stud lug nuts as the original ones will protrude over the wheel spacers, and 2) 12x1.5, 1.38 inches tall, 19 mm spline lug nuts if you use your factory rims. Central Tires will be able to advise you on these.

Great service, even better employees and greater than that an owner who listens to his customers and goes out of his way to cater to their needs. I will not go anywhere else, but Central Tires. They have new tires, will change your tires, fix them, also balance and rotate tires; Along with these things they also do engine work. Go to Central Tires they are a great place to go and you'll never be disappointed.

I came here second time, but second was not good visit, ı got wheel bearing problem, and ı knew what is the problem before , ı told them, they just make sure left or rıght, than mechanic come to check my car than, cashier guy spoke wıth me and say thıs job need one day job, ı need to schedule wıth them thıs job so hard bla bla bla, ım okay for there job and respect ıts all hard job outsıde ın hot or ın raın ın cold everythıng ı understand, but for ın front both tired cost me 517 dollar, shame on them, ı dıd not pay, ı just told them ı wıll come later to ask another mechanıc, thank god ı know what is wheel bearıng and hub, ıf ı dıd not know that, they will charge me that much money, ı ask another mechanıc, they give me price without part only 100 boxes, which ıs they give me price 200 for each tired, thats fıne ım not goıng to speak about money, thats all fıne, but why you guys lie for job, ı need to brıng my car one day and i need to make schedule and this job all day job he said 🤣 ı just make with anıther mechanıc and ı just waıt 2 hours total, never ever agaın for sneaking people
