I was very satisfied with the efficiency on how they replaced my Tire. And it was affordable. I wasn't even late for work. For a used tire it looks pretty good.

Unfortunately, I have to give this store a one star review due to the fact that one of the mechanics stripped out my wheel stud, and Manager declined fixing it and proceeded to tell me that this is the fourth vehicle within the past two weeks that they’ve stripped wheel studs on and it’s not their responsibility for them damaging my vehicle. He proceeded to tell me I should know that’s not there fault and that it’s caused by the cold. The Shop denied responsibility of of the issue.

The team was Amazing !!! I am a hospice aide that drives all day up the highway and back again. The team was Very fast, very efficient . Minor issues corrected and explained in great detail what needs to be don’t moving forward . Thank you guys so much

I have been coming to Katz Tires off of Refugee, over several years for different issues with my cars. They have been respectful and kind, as they didn’t mind my many questions. This early morning, my car issues was a replacement tire and extra air in the rest. I have been and will keep coming back to them when I have car issues. So Much Appreciated Thanks

I went there to change my car tires 4th of them so we deal on 460 $ with taxes after the service they told me it’s cost 525$ the sad thing they installed different tires other than the one they showed me so be careful if you wanna go there for any type of service they are not honest

The reason for my rating unfortunately had nothing to do with the service. The "management" was great and there on time and provided great service to me and the lady waiting... The issue is the workers/employees, obviously have no respect for customers time. The place opens at 8am but employees don't decide to show up until about 8:30am. And that may not seem like a lot of time to them, it's not their time that was wasted. So I, like them, was late to work.

We went in to have our tires repaired due to having nails in them. The young man who helped us was very friendly and helpful. We were in and out very quickly. Would recommend them to others
