Todd and his team @CASC were just fantastic.... we were travelling through in a 29 foot Class C, when we had troubles with our front end making strange noises (struts/suspension and so forth) They were able to look at it for us at short notice, able to diagnose, able to order parts and able to fix for us and get us back on the road pretty quick. Price was fair and reasonable. Thanks Todd and his team!! Much appreciated, ran like a dream to Birmingham Alabama that afternoon. 👍

Told me I needed bushings all around my truck...said it needed king pins... Told me it had a broken shock... Sorry fellas.........All replaced recently... Tried to scam me.

Son muy amables en recepción pero los mecánicos no son muy atentos, solicité revisión completa de suspensión y alineación, en revisión me dijeron que todo bien que el ruido que hacía era por la suspensión aftermarket y que la alineación estaba lista. Cuando regrese revise personalmente la suspensión y me encuentro con que tiene un balljoint malo y un cv axle malo que es lo que provocaba el ruido “normal”. A los dos días la alineación de mi camioneta era completamente mala de nuevo. Tengan cuidado si les informan que todo está bien.

Hello, please let the tech who selflessly gave up half a day's wages and worked on my van yesterday know I said "thanks for the support and the 2 new tires". Few people would take personal responsibility and action on the situation presented to him yesterday, and he went above and beyond to ensure my personal safety knowing the likely outcome. Your company, as well as this technician, deserves praise for this act of kindness, foresight, and generosity. I'll try and get back to cover the matter once my situation/conditions improve. Took our class C RV in for front tires and alignment. Quick and courteous service. The RV drives straighter and smoother than it did when first purchased. We will definitely be back. Very happy customer.

On 6/12/24 I had rv services done at this location. My observations after 8+ hours on site are - there’s no labor rates posted anywhere on site, I had to dictate the services and products continually. The ownership, management, supervisor and mechanics cannot be trusted to do what you want done, this business is completely dysfunctional and this company is a rv service wannabe. I don’t recommend this company for any rv service or any kind of vehicle services. There is a total lack of communication between service representatives and customers so nobody here cares.

The sweetest! I had two tires replaced today in a matter of 15-20 minutes with a warranty card. Everybody was nice and about their business.

AVOID. Go literally anywhere else. My family has been coming here for decades. Since it was sold, we've given the new owners a few chances. They do not stand behind their work, refused to honor what a previous employee said about a warranty, when we tried to get our issue resolved none of them knew what the other was doing. They have a lot of trouble doing what they say they're going to do. There is A LOT more to this story, but too much to tell in a review. Just do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Took a vehicle there for my employer. They were very friendly, fast and had great communication skills. Price was good as well. Would definitely use them for my personal vehicle.

I visited Central Alignment service center June 20, 2023. I asked and paid for an 2 alignments. One because she told me I would have to come back after the initial alignment. I scheduled it for the next day because they didn't have the equipment to do it that day. I visited the following day and went to go pick it up. I noticed after I drove home it was off and contacted them again. They adjusted it. It wasn't 100% right then but I figured I would give it a little time. I took it back yesterday because I noticed it had chewed part of my tire in which I was told I would be charged for them to look at it. I can't support local that doesn't stand by their work. She also accused me of hitting pot holes, I have rarely driven my truck due to surgery recovery over the past few months. Poor customer service and subpar work.

One of the best I've delt with in several years. They know what they are doing and actually make sure it's fixed and right. Had trouble with front end wondering on the road and it was fixed the first time and done reasonable. Showed up for my appointment and they had it in the bay when they said they would and done in the time they said it would take. I will be taking all my vehicles here.

I was recommended to Mike by another shop because he specializes in semi truck alignments. I called and scheduled an appointment for a week later which was his earliest availability. He states to me that it should only take a couple of hours and that we were welcome to wait if we wanted. So, we show up for our appointment at 8:15am on a Tuesday (admittedly I was 15 minutes late) and when arrived, was told he took another job ahead of mine and wouldn’t be able to see me until 1pm which was a no go because of a 4pm pick up 150 miles away in Virginia. The woman in the front is nice enough but can’t offer much info and Mike just seemed annoyed when I spoke to him on the phone to schedule my appointment. It was an overall uneasy feeling and as much as I want to use them because of others recommendations and to give business to an independent owner over a mainstream provider, I’ll unfortunately have to stick to freightliner for service.
