I got my ram rebel lifted here. William n the rest of the team were patient with me with explaining everything from the lift to the wheels n the tires. I always went there to get used tires but this was my first time letting them do a big project like this. 10/10. I made an excellent choice by choosing this shop. Great job guys

Very helpful guys here. Decent prices for barely used tires. Bring cash, as it's easier to cut a bit of a deal that way. Prompt, quick service! It's great that they inspect every tire for leaks before putting them on your car.

I recently visited Celaya’s Tire & Wheel inc. had an outstanding experience. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, They took the time to answer all my questions. The installation was quick and efficient, The shop was clean and well-organized, making for a pleasant atmosphere.

Took my truck here to get the tires balanced. Tech pulled my truck in the stall hops out and carelessly hits the edge of my door on the handle of a floor jack. It chipped the paint down to the metal. Manager tries to downplay kept saying it’s not that bad. Now they want me to take it to some random body shop to have them “fix it on the spot…should be really quick”. How do they plan to fix chipped paint on the spot. Beware if you have a nice car better think twice going here. Careless techs. ***Owner replied below that they are taking care of the issue which is true and expected when damage is done to a customer car, but the repair will consist of touch up paint on a new truck. My only other option would be have whole door and jamb repainted decreasing the value of the truck. Lots of headache for a low cost tire issue. Whole situation could have been prevented with a bit of care and caution by the tech. Mistakes happen so I’m not going to beat on a dead horse. We’ll touch it up and move on. I can’t comment on the quality of work as I did not have any work performed after the damage.

Eric and his team were amazing! They got me in and out in a jiffy. I am on a budget lol and their prices were really good. If you’re looking for a quick and GOOD tire change this is your place to go. I will definitely be coming back for the rest of my tires!

I was advised to get a replacement for my passenger tire. It replaced by a 2015 tire that already had a hole in it. Didn't have the replacement for a day before having to replace it again.

NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS BUSINESS!! I took both of my vehicles here for a sensor change for one and a tire patch on the other. Within the week after having service done, both of my cars started to shake violently. I go back to the place to let them know they knocked weights off of my tire because I had to stop and have it checked at another place. I returned to have them fix their mistake and was given an excuse first from the guy I spoke to. (Also, to mention I had to return the same day of service because they didn't pair my sensor in my tire correctly and had to pay TWICE.) After explaining multiple times and showing pictures, "This is not how I brought my tire to you, I had all of my weights attached." They finally took my tire off and said that they were going to rebalance it because it was "unbalance". The guy put my tire on the machine and told me that my tire was balanced, and there was nothing wrong with it. I just recently purchased this vehicle 2 months ago. Had no problem with the vehicle until I had its service there, I will NEVER be going back.

When I first pulled up and parked a tire technician came right up to me greeted me and asked what tires I needed changed. Very fast service and the used tires I bought may as well have been new! Excellent condition and the customer service was good and fast!! I was in and out in 20 mins

Shady and dishonest. Never will come here again. Only came because Discount Tire was closed. Went to Discount after Celaya “patched” my tire so glad I did. They showed me the “shotty” work done. This place is NO Bueno!

Went in with my car pulling hard to the right and a low pressure tire. Came out $156 later, with a bad used tire and car pulling hard to the left. Never again will I use this company.

Some "William" (hispanic ofc) never said at least a hi or hello even tho I was there in front of him waiting for an alignment of my car, I better took my car to Firestone next block with a better customer service, will never return to Celayas.

The guys here are always helpful I have bought 2 sets of tires from there and the prices are much less then other tire shops. Flats fixed, tires rotated, check air pressure all done very quickly. Thanks
