Awful experience that left me with a total loss vehicle as a result of body damage thanks to an increase of $12K added to a work order submitted by insurance. After over three weeks of miscommunication, I was told that Cecil's "went to bat for me", and the tear down they did to my car, along with damage that was not there when I brought it in, was something they can do as a private business and "they do not have to listen to anyone else". After insurance paid them almost $4K for "tear down and storage", I paid an additional $375 to take possession of my fully operable vehicle that had more damage that when I brough it in (which Cecil's staff admitted to breaking and not replacing when I picked up my vehicle). Botton line, If you are shopping for a auto body shop, I highly recommend you look elsewhere. As someone who is a full-time resident of the area, there are more ethical and reasonable places that deserve business, considering if you look into Cecil's website they appear as if they work seamlessly with insurance. I have know this now, since I have gotten second opinions. In my experience, the combo was costly and resulted in a minor body damage causing "total loss" and over 21 days without access to my vehicle.

We had a broken driver side mirror. It was on an older Subaru that we are planning to sell next summer, so we wanted to replace it before trading in the car. A new one was going to cost us around $850, not including labor. Cecil’s suggested looking for a used one, which they found. It looks like new and matched the car color perfectly. Total cost, mirror plus Labor, was about $450! We’ve used Cecil’s before and they’ve always been great.

Gatlin was very helpful and informative working with me and my insurance company in claiming a total loss of my vehicle. It was no fun losing a vehicle I really liked but Gatlin patiently pointed out why it was better to let it go.

After a small accident in the bank parking lot, my truck needed repaired. The entire team at Cecil’s Collision Center was very helpful throughout the entire process. They communicated directly with the insurance company and kept me updated as the work progressed. The customer service provided by both Brandon and Gatlin make it easy for me to give Cecil’s 5 stars.

Son’s van… long story short, Cecil’s took in our vehicle that had been “attempted” to be fixed in Colorado. Cecil’s was able to “fix it right!” Hats off to these guys.

Cecil's was great with my Jeep Grand Cherokee repair from getting hit from behind! Brandon at the front desk was so friendly, very helpful (especially dealing with the insurance claim and scheduling the repair)! Cecil and Gatlin are both very knowledgable within this industry and incredibly hard working! The accident my car was in happened in Laramie WY, and I drove it to Jackson to have the repair done at Cecil's because they are the very best! I wouldn't take my car anywhere else in the future, even if that means driving it across the state of WY again to have it repaired here! Thank you to the whole team at Cecil's!!

Positive, patient, and attentive to me during this process. Appreciate the communication from Brandon and Gatlin. They went to bat for us with Insurance as well. Once everything was approved, the repairs were completed promptly and done well. Definitely recommend. My only constructive criticism...keep the window shade in place (if It came in with one) while parked outside waiting. 🙂

Great experience but did take a very long time for the part (door) to come in. Once in, Brandon called and offered to move up my scheduled appointment by a week. Estimate was 1 week to repair and it took exactly 7 days. New door and partial damage on access door look fantastic. Parts shortages are rampant in the body industry so I don’t blame Cecil’s. It was done when they said it would be done.

Had a new front bumper painted/paint matched, came out perfect, no orange peel, great work even though a bit pricey, but I guess that's normal jor JH. Will go there for future paintwork.

Cecil and Denise were so professional, integrious and empathetic that they turned our car-collision vacation into a warm story! We were a family of 6 touring Yellow Stone/Teton from Canada. Our parked car was bumped by an RV. Sooo...our plan was scrambled and...we were supposed to get stuck here for several weeks waiting for the parts and repair. And this was the first time we ran into a car insurance claim in the U.S. Cecil and Denise's appearance completely assured us! Denise jumped in and made calls fighting to get insurance companies to respond immediately. Cecil suggested a temporary repair so we could drive the car back to Canada to get it fully repaired. From a business point of view, Cecil lost profit for temporary repairs instead of a full repair (but that immensely helped the whole family), and he was taking risk suggesting a temporary repair. From our conversations, I could see Cecil's confidence in his judgement and skills. Understanding our situations, Cecil and Denise worked until dark to get the car fixed, in just one day (while other companies predicted several weeks) ! On our drive back to Canada, we received Denise's call asking about how was the driving, and Cecil's fix was so perfect! We highly recommend Cecil and Denise for tourists to Yellow Stone. They are so honest and skillful; they understand your situation and are always ready to help! To our family, because of them, Yellow Stone/Teton is never a car collision site, but a warm place in our heart!

I want to add a review to Cecil and Denise because it is kind of unfair that they only have 22 reviews compare with the other shops that had 50+ or 70+ reviews. They told us that they never encouraged guests to review as they thought it might be propelling. However please choose Cecil and review on their good service! Their existence makes Yellow Stone a safe place to drive to!

Amazing customer service. Fast turnaround for urgent travel related issue. Excellent repair work on small fender bender involving wildlife. Unfortunately a weak fan motor mount wasn't noticed during repairs leading to further complications "down the road". But who can fault mecahincs for minor damages leading to additional unforeseen problems. I'd recommend. Time constraints and time pressures do not ensure thorough inspections.

They were easy to work with and helping me get my daughter's car. She had been stressed out about having daily late fees. My first attempt to get to Jackson hole the pass was closed and a crazy storm. So I called the following morning expressed my daughter's concern. And she was so kind and put my stress at ease.
