I always have a great experience when I go been going for about 6 years. I’ve only gotten tires there, haven’t had any other services done. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They don’t try to upsell, they only do what is necessary. The only issue I do have, is when they balance my tires it’s never right. I’ve had to go back a few times and it still was off. I ended up going to the dealership where they fixed it.

I was heading to put a used tire on the passenger side rear when I realized the driver side was almost flat. I stopped in C & D to get some air in it. They saw it needed a new valve stem & encouraged me to buy a tire. I flat out couldn’t afford a new one- so one of the men working there bought me a tire. I have never been so grateful. I don’t know who it is- but I pray the Lord blesses him big time🙏❤️

2nd vehicle serviced here and they did a great job. Were able to source the tires I wanted and get them installed on short notice. Would definitely recommend.

I didn’t want to leave this review but I keep getting texts to do so. My first experience with your company was good. My next experience was horrible. I was told my truck had a blown head gasket and the front end was about to fall out from underneath the truck. “Our mechanic drove it around the block and was scared to death it was not going to make it back to shop.” This is what I was told. Estimated repair costs $3000.00, I drove it home (no problem) I had another mechanic look at it. Coolant was checked many times as truck sat and idled for about an hour and a half surprise no leaks whatsoever. Truck was driven by mechanic for about 30 minutes no issues with front of truck. Mechanic gave it a routine grease job off I went. Truck has made several trips to KY and other parts of TN, no issues on both counts. Hmmmm guess where I will never go again

The managers and staff are extremely competent friendly people who give you honest answers to your vehical questions or concerns. They go above to make sure your vehiclei work is done correctly.

They are beyond fair! My last 2 experiences say it all. My wife's Buick was having battery issues to point it started smoking under the hood and sounded terrible. Later the battery died and I had to replace the battery inorder to get to them. Apparently the new battery fixed the issue because they couldn't replicate the problem, even had multiple people look at it. They charged me $0! Who does that anymore. Before that, my car was overheating and losing fluid to point where I was topping it off every time I drove. One time I pulled off I-40 and it wouldn't start. If C&D would have told me I needed a new motor, I would have believed them. My car does have 300,000 miles. Instead they fixed the leak and replaced the battery and it's worked great ever since. They basically saved a car that was dead in the side of the interstate for $200. I couldn't believe it!

We have been going to C&D since before they relocated. Selection, price, and recommendations are always appreciated. Other vendors feel less personal. They do general maintenance like oil changes as well. They have just about outgrown their current capacity!
