Best place in Colorado Springs! Cody and Dugan always take good care of my vehicles and don’t price gouge me! They’re very honest in what they do and always upfront about what needs to be done to keep my car safe! No long wait times to get your car in the shop and will always talk with you first about what needs to be done before they do anything! Highly recommend C&D Automotive!

Cody and Dugan were both outstanding. They are a true example of what customer service is and should always be. Last Thursday 12/19/2024, my dad and I were in Colorado springs and purchased a mustang from a private owner. As my dad and I were going to get on the highway for our trip back to wyoming. The mustang had problems. I called several mechanics which ultimately referred me to C&D automotive. When I called them they said, "it would be no problem to get me in". Even if, I needed help getting the vehicle to the shop that they would help me out no problem!! I was about 6 blocks away, they went out of there way to make sure i could get my car to them. Cody and Dugan both diligently diagnosed, recieved part, and repaired our car all within a couple hours. They had us back on the road by that afternoon. The mustang ran great the 5.5 hour drive we had to get home. I want to extend my gratitude to both of them, And I want to thank you both for alleviating the stress that this caused both me and my father. You both truly kick ass! I look forward to working with you both in the future. Thank you!!

We were passing through Colorado Springs on the way to Seattle from Texas. When we left the hotel in the morning our truck would turn over but not start. We tried jumping it but to no avail. We found C&D because it was so close to our hotel and talked with Cody. He gave us a towing company which towed us to the shop (very reasonable priced). He diagnosed the problem as a bad fuel pump. He knew we were traveling and trying to get on down the road so he ordered the part from two different places and put the one on that got to his shop first. They got us on the road by 4:00pm. We are sooo appreciative of Cody and his staff for the prompt service at a good price! Thank you C&D Automotive!!

Yes Cody and Dugen Have some of the Best Customer Service!! I have seen lately! My son and I went to Colorado Springs to buy a mustang. Had a problem with car they were able to get the car in the shop right a way. Found the problem & received parts & installed them. Got us back on the road as soon as possible. They showed great work ethics!! They offered to do some boby work in the future wow!! They are the best Around.! Even though we live 500 miles away we look forward to doing business with them in the future!!!!❣️

A disgruntled employee randomly keyed my car and I took it to C&D for a third quote. They gave me an honest price (others were $5,100, $3,500 and C&D was $2,000). Corey was completely fine dealing with the 3rd party that was responsible for paying the damages and ultimately, I can’t even tell anything happened. I would definitely recommend to anyone that needs auto or body work done.

I had bring my Explorer in for over heating during the snow storm. Cody was great at keeping the communication open, especially with the delay of the parts due to the snow. Once the parts came in my car was in and out. Pricing was affordable and honest. I'll definitely keep bringing my car to them.

Great service! Cody is very knowledgeable and honest. He went above and beyond my expectations, taking the time to figure out that my vehicle had an electrical issue which he was able to fix in a matter of hours. They have definitely won me over and I’ll continue to bring my business to their shop.

C&D auto had good reviews and they could get us in before any of the other body shops in the area, so my husband and I decided to given them a shot. They did get us in right away but it took a long time for our car to actually get done. The wait was not the issue. Once we received our car back, we noticed that there were grease hand prints all over the interior of the car. Not only that but there were paint flakes all over the inside of the windows that makes it look like permanent dust. Those were annoying but the real issue came later. Only a month later and the paint job started to chip. We called the company on numerous occasions and they promised to get back to us, but never did. My husband finally went in to the shop and was able to schedule a time to drop our car off to get the paint touched up. When he arrived for the appointment, the guy who was supposed to fix the paint job was not there and he was not answering his phone. We wish that we had waited for one of the more professional body shops. It might have taken longer, but there is a reason why they have a wait list and this place doesn't. Other's seems to have had a good experience but we did not.

Had my BMWs bumper and hood painted here with no issues. Cody is super easy to work with and gives great prices. Recommend to all my friends. Update: took some more parts here from my motorcycle this time and after explicitly telling the owner one of them was NOT supposed to be painted and only used as a reference they painted both and figured they didn't need to tell me. I only found out after I picked it up and realized they didn't look right. The owner did offer me money to buy a replacement after I asked him to do so. Then to fix the mistake on the other parts they "generously" offered me a discounted rate as opposed to fixing the problem they caused and that I already paid for. Communication is horrible but Cody is a nice guy. The shop just caused unnecessary problems. Lastly, I took the same part (exhaust cover) to another paint shop and they pointed out a lot of imperfections done and left by C&D.

It's usually very hard to find an honest mechanic, but here at C&D that's exactly what I got. Excellent service, took me in right away, and walked me through every step. If you have car issues, this is the place to go! Will always come back for my car services.

These guys are AWESOME! In the last year they have fixed my CV axels, brakes and rotors, water pump, serpentine belt, oil changes, etc. Not only is their work always phenomenal, but they beat the prices I’ve been quoted at other mechanics every single time! They’ve very responsive and a great choice if you need work done!

This is my go-to shop! Fair prices and quality repairs. Cody and team have fixed a radio/navigation antenna for me, replaced a master cylander, and rewired a faulty headlight plug. They can do it all!

I couldn't give better a better recommendation for these guys. They went out of their way to help me without me even coming to the shop. I was in a tight spot with a flat and called a few other places for a little help and was basically told kick rocks. I called this place and the guy who helped me out was nothing but a class act. He didn't have to help me whatsoever but did anyways and I'm grateful for that. Small town business mind. I can only imagine the in store service is just the same.

Some of the best people I’ve met in the automotive industry. Got screwed over by the dealership and they battled through it with me. Came out with a new engine and a perfectly running vehicle. Understood the time rush behind it and quickly solved the problem. 10/10 honest work.

I had a great first impression and experience with this crew. They all came out to check on a couple of broken bolts I had on my vehicle door and offered the best solution on how to remove it without damaging anything. They were very professional and straight to the point. I’m even planning on going back for some actual mechanical work needed. Highly recommend.

C&D is hands down one of the best shops in the area. They are honest and run their shop with integrity. Cody never tries to sell me things I don’t need and is completely transparent about what repairs are needed and which ones can wait. He has worked on both my Jaguar and my old Ford pick up. I was very pleased with both jobs. Any scheduling issues I’ve had, they have worked around it and made sure to get me in. All around a great experience. They definitely have a return customer.

Had the dreadful lifter tick going on in my 2015 Ram, found out that it wasn't the exhaust manifold, and it was due to one of the lifters. Glad to say I found this shop was open to the challenge of getting my truck back up and running again! Thankfully, this team got me back on the road and no more lifter tick! It was a timely process to get the job done and it was a big job to complete, but overall this team here was above expectation and was the best price that I shopped around for! Superb service, and super helpful! Thank you again!!

These guys, I can't tell you how grateful I am to have found these guys. As someone who was never taught the basics of cars I could only ever hope to find a shop like this. Every single one of the guys working here is down to earth, easy to talk to, respectful and won't belittle you or take advantage of you if youre like me and know nothing about cars. They communicate well, they're fair with pricing, they get your work done as fast as they can. They're doing it right at this shop, not only is it the only place I go to but it's the only one I feel comfortable recommending to someone else.
