I have been using Cavender service department for 12 years. I have referred few people to Carlos. He is an excellent service Rep. He keeps me informed of services that need to be done on my XT6. He also helps me trouble shoot my car when I call about an issue.

I have enjoyed being a Cavender Cadillac customer since 1995/1996. I've always enjoyed our relationship, even when there is a problem which will cost "a couple of dollars" to fix. Appointment is available in short order. I like the way my Service Advisor Carlos explains problems and associated cost, and whether the issue needs to be corrected immediately or wait until my next maintenance trip. He keeps me informed of my car's condition.

I have purchased two Escalades from Cavender Cadillac and the service is usually very good. This last time was a disaster. My keys were lost for 15-20 minutes. The number card that is placed in all vehicles was left in my vehicle along with a floor mat. When I jumped out of my vehicle to remove what was left behind my phone holder fell and broke so I had to replace it. Again, Cavender is usually a good place to get your car serviced but it was not a good place for me last week.

I went to Cavender Cadillac for a oil change and my service was excellent. My advisor Kevin was very informative. He explained services my vehicle needed and did not pressure me to have them completed when I told him I would put them off for another visit.

If I could give zero stars I would but one is the lowest I can rate. The service from Mr. Carlos and management was quite professional to this day I don't understand when he said a couple of times that they didn't service cars like mine my car is a 2020 and I guess he said that because I didn't buy the warranty with Cadillac. The first time I went to parts counter to ask for a new control and an extra key the parts guy kindly helped me we ordered control and key and then I went to the appointment with Mr. Carlos from the first moment I was able see the attitude of this man who you can see he wasn’t not happy to service my car the man inspected my car he went to the lobby and in front of all the people he told me that my car had a warranty block and that they did not take cars like mine he said if he program the new control he doesn’t know if the new control or my original control is going to be functional or something was going to affect the car with the computer or maybe going to break down, which I was shocked I called my husband explained what Carlos was saying and of course, we agreed not to do the new control. We don’t want the car to break down. I think when he mentioned that they didn't take cars like mine. I guess it's because I don't have the Cadillac warranty and that's why they didn't make the key I went to parts I told the guy who sold me the key and control and he and the girls there were like that’s not correct but at the end no one took a moment to go talk to a Manager or something to ask if what this man was telling me was correct. other than Mr. Carlos is very arrogant and you can see he is not happy working there and has an unprofessional attitude. I will not return to this agency for my car needs.never again

We were very grateful for Ray, our service advisor. He kept us updated daily with the progress which is hard to come by these days. We had a vehicle at the dodge dealership in San Marcos and it was like pulling teeth to get a status on our truck. Ray has that old school customer service and kept us apprised and made sure I had a loaner.
