Leaving on a long trip and car loaded. On Friday at 715pm. Tire light comes on a nail in tire from earlier in day. With everyone closed I found Causeway tire still open until 8. What’s my chances being 15 minutes from their shop. Rafael answered the phone and I told him my situation. He said, bring it and we will fix it. Super friendly guys and Fernando did a great job! Price was super fair and they were professional and fast! The 8 o’clock close did not matter to this small business!! Thanks to all and truly proves customer service over profit. I will use them again and will always support small business first. Well done guys!! We appreciate what you did to get us on our trip and safe.

i was leaving work and saw the light come on for my tire, all thanks to a screw. called costco but they wouldn’t be able to get it repaired same day. thankfully Causeway Tire was open! called ahead and told me to come by. probably was a total of 30 minutes and they had me ready to go on my way. saved my night, thank you!!

He's not a good person. Every tire shop around 50 but him is 70 for a trash tire and when I called last week for the same tire it was 45. Only scum raise price during tragedies like the hurricane that just past or the one coming here in 2 days. You should be ashamed of yourself.

Went in to buy a used tire so my phone died due to the long wait, unfortunately I didn’t have my charger in my car at the time of the visit and since I only had Apple Pay as my form of payment I got accused of wanting to steal the tire, since they didn’t have a charger so I could get my phone to charge and pay. I asked if I could leave my ID and grab mine 5 mins away at home. You would think this day and age they would have a charger handy in the office. It wasn’t until I asked around the shop for a charger that I was able to use my Apple pay. I would definitely recommend going anywhere else but here.

I have been going to Causeway Tire Shop for the past ten years for my tires and oil change. They are reliable, experienced, kind, funny, hard working, and dedicated to their work. They are honest and fair. I now live in temple terrace and still make the drive over just to get my tires and oil change. Highly recommend them to anyone.

Man I can’t even say enough about this place…Fernando I believe is the owner…was closing for the day, I pulled in as the last light was going out…he greeting me as he was locking the gate.. I needed 2 tires changed I was taking my son to a basketball tournament in South Carolina the following morning… I worked later then usual & I wanted to leave at 6am that next morning…i explained to him my situation.. He said he would change my tires so I could feel safe and leave early in the morning, because he didn’t open up until 11am the next day… I can’t even begin to tell you how grateful I was, I can see he worked all day in the heat..He has a customer for life…. Amazing called before arriving they double checked to see if they had my tire 🛞size. They called me back saying they had it. I showed up these guys got the job done showed me greeted me with amazing customer service. I ever need a tire shop they’ll be first in mind.

Best spot around hands down. Fernando and his son are honest guys that do great work. Their prices are more than reasonable and they work in a timely manner. Often times there are people waiting for service but that speaks volume to the quality work they do. Support a local business and family that knows what customer service and hard work is.

I called less than an hour before they closed because I unfortunately ran over a screw and my tire was leaking air. I needed a fix quick. At 7:15 pm Fernando told me to bring it over so he could look at it. I spent an hour there because there were of course others ahead of me but he fixed it up rather quickly and I was on my way. Both him and his son were very nice people. I will be back in the future!

I was very pleased with the job he did in my van. My van broke one of the front calipers and also needed the brakes done. He did a great job and also change my front tires that needed to be changed. I recommend this guys anytime ..

It was Sunday at 4:30 PM and my tire popped. My boss sent me money so I could get to work the next day. I called Fernando at 5:40 PM and he had a tire, and he also replaced all three broken mounting bolts that I broke putting the donut on. And put on the new tire and it was like 715 at this point. He went above and beyond and for a good price. I will be going to him from now on for any car problems. Thank you so much Fernando.

Man the son of the owner is outstanding coolest really willing to help. The owner I’ve given him and referred so much business his way called one time regarding an issue with my vehicle could not be more unhelpful and didn’t care about anything. I will 100% never come back to this shop which is sad because the son was my favorite guy to deal with. I’ll be driving up the road 1 more light to the next shop.

Waited Till I Got There To Say They Didn't Have My Right Tires AFTER I Waited Like 30mins And I Even Called Ahead To Make Sure They Had My Size. Then Only Found One When I Asked For Two And Tried To Overprice Me On It. I Wasted My Dang Gas Coming Out There. Never Again.

Was told they had customers in front of me which is fine I have no issue waiting my turn in line. A car that pulled up after I had already talked to the man and pulled my car up to be fixed was tended to before mine. I'm all for being fair and like I said had no problem waiting for my turn but to do someones tire that came after me is an issue for me. Won't be back.

this my second time here first time the old gentleman he welded my rear rim which a lot of place turn me away and said i need new rim. now i came for tire change he closes at 6 sunday is 7:44pm he took me in much appreciate! i think his the owner so you getting best service!
