It’s actually combined with a car wash. I drove 10 miles because they were the only place open on a Sunday. Got my car washed first and it was Sub Par at best. Honestly I’ve had better at No touch gas station washes. More importantly and frustrating, the garage doors were open but they “close early on Sunday” despite the site saying open til 7 (was here at 4:30). When I asked the guys in the oil change bays they simply shrugged their shoulders and laughed saying it’s the car wash open til 7. I showed them the website listing their hours and not even mentioning a car wash and asked where it says “car wash” and received “oh well. Guess it’s wrong”. It’s almost like people are so desperate to find employees, they forgot about customer service and experience. WILL NOT return.

Now that Clean Machine bought out the company, they no longer offer oil changes. My wife just tried to go, and the garages were all closed. When she asked, thinking maybe they didn't open yet, they told her the company has decided to stop offering those services.

They are very courteous, quick and honest. I don't feel pressured into buying things I don't need. I love getting the free car wash and vacuum, although the new vacuums are still not hooked up yet. It will be that much better once they are up and running.

I have a 2017 Hyundai (normal car) and wanted an oil change. Normal 20/50 oil change for 29.99 + 2.00 disposal fee. No issue. Comes to find out that it will cost an additional $10 because i have a special plastic piece that needs to be removed? Really!!! Just charge one price.

Tried charging me 15$ extra for an oil change just to take off the cover on the bottom of my engine. My boyfriend always has a good experience here though. I avoid it.

Wow what an experience! Nothing like having the worlds gift to automotive knowledge working at the local oil change place. Absolutely 😂. Then it comes to paying for what I had done. Victor could not figure out how to accept a visa or MasterCard gift card. That was my fault and he said I was being difficult because I reminded him there was a sign on the door that said he took these. Then after 15 minutes he said there was no money on the card and wanted to know if I was giving him a bad card. I’m not happy at this point so paid by other means and went down the street and used my bad cards to buy some new shoes. Very sad they care so little for their customers. A simple sir I don’t know how to handle these gift cards would have made the entire situation easy. There are 2 other places within 2 minutes of this place and you should consider on of them. BTW- spoke to the GM before I left and that was a waste.

They advertise 14.99 but when I get there they say my truck is 40. I left ASAP. If you want to be duped, go there, otherwise stay away!

Typical lube place. Nothing special. They changed the oil and transmission fluid and didn’t destroy the drivetrain so that’s a plus.
