Went to Castrol Premium Lube Express on a Saturday morning for an synthetic oil change and a car wash. I was greated right away and was in and out in a reasonable period of time. I would not hesitate to recommend this business.

The lube / oil change service is amazing, as is the excellent customer service provided by Mo and the team!! The car wash, not so much. But hey, it's included and free.

My car was leaking radiator fluid in Del Mar Ca. I pulled into your Lube Express and found out my radiator was leaking. I live 230 miles from Del Mar so I was in dire straights. Miguel said he could replace my radiator and get me on the road by 5:00pm. Miguel finished by 3:30 and I was on my way. I was so lucky to have the most honest, polite, caring person to help me. You are the best Miguel!! You saved me from burning up my engine on a busy freeway. I have family in Del Mar and I will always use your company again and again. Please tell Miguel I said THANK YOU!!!!!! Give this young man a RAISE!!!!

Service was great. I dropped off the car and it was done very quickly. Car wash included was a big plus so I killed two birds with one stone. This will be my go to garage for my regular services. The staff was efficient and the location very neat and clean

I have been coming here for ages, since 2001. They have serviced my Grand Prix, Scion XB. And later, my BMW X1 and now BMW 321 when the warranty services ran out. They have serviced my ex husband's Volvo and Mustang (until our divorce). I never had any problems. They are always honest, fast and friendly. The manager Greg, once even gave me a ride home because there was a line and I had to get home. It is a convenient location with their convenient store, Starbucks next door and Shell gas station and even a windshield repair man, which I have used before- quite good also. This is the only place I will go to and trust. Two giant thumbs up!!👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

I now wish they would have offered tire rotation and brake pad inspection at the time. I needed that and would have taken that offer.

I've gone here for my oil change for about 4 years & really appreciate the staff's knowledge & honesty. I always leave feeling safe about my car & like how they cap off my fluids & put air in my tires. They even offer to replace windshield wipers for a fee. Very convenient. The car was is always to long to wait for & I don't like anyone sitting in my car. Wish they had a drive through car wash with the outside being dried as an option.

I was pleasantly surprised by the wonderful service by the new manager named “V”! He is a great guy and gave me excellent service. He seems to be a person of honesty, integrity and goodness. It’s wonderful to be able to trust the person running a business. I will be back for sure. Highly recommended!
