Very nice experience. Even though I work in a trade school, an oil change was desperately needed.Teacher recommended I go to them as we close up our shop classesat the beginning of June.They did not try to rip me off,nor did they say I needed and repairs for something not broken,etc.

!!!DON’T change the oil here, unprofessional staff failed to hook up the oil filter, they almost killed my engine, yet they didn’t take any responsibility. Rude liars.

Edit: My review below is no longer accurate ("I've never had any problem here") -- last time I had a BIG problem! They didn't fill it just a quart low -- it was so low that I got the Bing Bing Bing "Low Oil" alarm before I got half way across the street! As l circled back immediately and there was no trail of oil in the street they couldn't claim it had leaked out -- they had left it several quarts low. For the record. The assistant had to fix it. ___________________original review I've never had any problem here -- don't know what other's issues are. They do the right thing by me; give me the price upfront and do the job.

I changed the oil here today, and then the staff asked me to go in and pay. There was only one minute, and he told me that the oil was put away. Then I checked the oil tank, it was still dirty, and it hadn’t been changed at all. Don’t go there oil change here

I recently had an oil change at Castrol Lube, and I must say it was a fantastic experience. What made the visit even better was the thoughtful perks they offered. I received a $3 discount on a $20 gas purchase at the attached gas station, which was a pleasant surprise. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a free car wash token with my oil change which worth $8.

Unprofessional staff, liars and cheaters trying to sell some antifreeze for cash , they put just less than a coffee cup of antifreeze and charged me 15$ for it , without even giving a receipt.

Dennis took care of me during my first visit and it was such a pleasant experience at that! I called ahead to check if the lines were long and was told to come in! The oil change was quick and pleasant, where we got to sit in the car and wait. I paid $56 for an oil change and got a token for the self service car wash which was great. If you go just for the wash, it's $7. :)

I was looking for fast service, with reasonably priced synthetic oil change, and found it in this great garage, the service person was very kind, offered me to sit in the garage while he was working on my car, I Ended up at the attached store , and bought few things…. I highly recommend this garage for quick and painless oil change!

I went in for a simple oil change. There was no waiting, I drove right into the bay. The crew was friendly. The price was on the wall. I asked for synthetic, they gave me Mobil 1. No upsell, no bs, I paid inside, and was on my way. No complaints.

If you don’t want your car to have problems, please stay away from this store to change the oil. They sell you expensive oil instead of cheap ones. My car started to smoke after only 3,000 miles. The black merchant hopes that he will go bankrupt soon.

This place is a ripoff! 😡They pretend to change the oil, but actually they don't. I saw this with my own eyes and called them out on it. The guy then changed the oil because I was watching even closer. 😤

I have very bad experience with this place in general. I had a Nissan quest minivan, when I came first time to them to change the engine oil . one of the workers suggested that I have to flush my transmission oil . So I thought that they have experience I I told him go ahead and change it. Few months later my transmissions start to Slip and it had only 60,000 miles !!!!! PLEASE DO NOT ALLLOW them to flush your transmission fluid. Since then I couldn’t fix the transmission issue so sad that , experience people tell you want to do , yet it will cost you fortune to replace it. I understand they have to make money but be honest people will come to you. This happened years back but I just like to share my bad experience so it doesn’t happen to anyone .

Quick and easy oil change with a known oil (of your choosing, regular, synthetic blend or full synthetic). Prices are posted right overhead for all to see. No lift involved, so it's drive right in and be out of there in about 15 minutes or so. Comes with a free ticket for a manual car wash (DIY with washer outside). Minimal contact with anyone so no COVID concerns. Can't think of a single reason why this place doesn't have more consistent 5 star reviews.

This shop is really black-hearted. The sign outside hangs 29.95 oil change. Go in and say it's not the price. Change the oil and add tax of $91.39. The price is nothing. Think this is cheating. The oil filter element has not been changed. No one changes the oil without changing the filter element. During the period, tipping has been emphasized. At least five dollars. incredible. Drive for more than 10 years. I have never heard of tipping when changing the oil.

Went to get my oil changed and do an inspection. Lady on the phone said they're doing inspections Monday through Friday. I come in on Tuesday and the worker said the other mechanic isn't coming this week so without him he can only do oil change.
