Using booksy to book an appointment is pointless. They only honor the appointment of its their detailing package. Just remove the regular car wash appointment from booksy if it serves no purpose. Waste of time.

Not at all worth the price. For $200 and over an hour wait I expect a certain level of detail that simply isn't there. And this is after they did a hard upsell from the $75 package. Honestly I could have replicated the interior results with 20 minutes and a handful of quarters at the car vacuum. There are crumbs still left in all the seat crevices and milk splotches (I have two young kids that make most of the mess but it wasn't a disaster). Tower car wash does a better job at a quarter of the price.

I rarely rate places on Google Maps, but this place was awful. Aggressive upsell, didn’t do a good job (e.g. didn’t clean obviously dirty inside of windshield), and worst of all put a huge scratch in the side of my car.

I recently paid $200 for a detailing service at this car wash, and I am extremely disappointed with the results. The quality of the wash was horrendous, both inside and out. The exterior still had visible dirt, and the interior was left looking worse than before, with stains and smudges that weren't there prior. It seems like they just used dirty rags to wipe down the interior, spreading the grime around rather than cleaning it. For the high price they charge, I expected a thorough and professional job, but what I got was far from it. I do not recommend this place if you're looking for quality detailing.

Like others have stated, they tried to scam me by forcing me to buy an expensive detailing package due to "pet hair" and acted like I wouldn't know how a vacuum works. Been going here for 3 years but after that experience I'll never consider them again. Interestingly enough they have a "pet hair removal" add on but told me they couldn't do it and I would need to buy a $300 detailing package just to get someone to vacuum it up. At home I shook out most of the pet hair from the mat, to give an example of how absurd their statement was.

Spent almost $400 on a detail. Wheel wells not cleaned, bugs still on front grill and headlights, wax on trim, and more. Only guy there when I went for pickup can’t speak English. Got sick of pointing at spots and using google translate after 10 minutes and just left with bugs on my car still. Won’t come back!
