I can't say enough good things about Castro Automotive! From start to finish, their communication was top-notch—Castro kept me informed every step of the way. He is always willing to answer any questions. Whether it's repairs, routine service, or even exploring sales options, they took care of my Nissan Rogue 2012 and got the repairs done in 3 days! He is VERY honest, with fair prices and cares about the quality of his work ! If you're looking for a trustworthy, mechanic, and customer-focused shop, Castro Automotive is the place to go. Highly recommend! Their only con is that the shop don't have a waiting area for customers, but they are working on renovating their facility!

I had my car give out on the highway on a busy Friday night. They got me in that night super quick. I’ve lived in Charlotte for the past 6 1/2 years. This was the best automotive customer service I ever received not only was Castro empathetic and attentive to my concerns. He didn’t break my bank. He genuinely wanted to help. You don’t find a lot of good people like that I was able to pick up my car the following day and back on the road running smoothly. I can honestly say that I have found a mechanic that not only cares about my car but also cares about his customers 10 out of 10 hands-down. I will definitely be back for any issues in the future that I have with my car because I know it’s in great hands

He’s a shady ass mechanic! I took my car to him on a Saturday didn’t get it back til Tuesday I told him what the problem was and he fixed a code on there that didn’t need to be fixed! A week later the code was still on my car because he didn’t do the full job ! I call him up to tell him he says to bring it back! That’s how you get got tho bring him the car to LOOK at and he tells you he’ll fix it! The worst mechanic I’ve ever came across! All he cares about is his money! Mind you the problem I took my car In for is still my current problem

I’ve brought my car in twice this past month. They are knowledgeable diagnosing issues, charge a fair price, and are fast and efficient completing the work. Mr. Castro is communicative and always quick to respond. Both times I’ve gone in, they have gone above and beyond and fixed additional things on top of the work I requested. I will definitely be returning.

Life saver! We were in the middle of a family road trip from MA to FL when our breaks failed. We called Castro Friday night, and he took our car first thing Saturday morning. We were back on the road by noon time. He and the team gave great quality service in the speedy time we needed it. I can’t thank him enough for coming to our rescue!

Shade tree mechanic that ruined my truck,charged me 3 times the price.Never put new parts on my vehicle and yet I paid for new parts,and immediately my truck had the exact same problems and then some from their services.Im warning anyone who's thinking about taking your car there in the future ! Be ready to get disappointed !

After getting ripped off by a dealer who sold me a lemon, I brought my car to Castro and I immediately knew I was in good hands. I could tell he knows what’s he’s doing and I never felt I was being misled or deceived. I 100% recommend this business.

I absolutely do not recommend. He pads the bill...scams and rips you off...then turns around and laughs in your face and admits to taking you to the cleaners when you have had enough and speak your concerns. I feel very disrespected and taken advantaged of.

The engine in my daughter’s car needed replacement. Mr. Castro found me a low-mileage engine at a good price, towed the car to his shop, and swapped out the engine (and performed some other services). The car is running better than ever and I’ll be coming back to him for future service.

Extremely unprofessional business. Be cautious bringing your vehicle here as they may totally ignore your needs for your vehicle and do whatever they want WITHOUT fixing the problem. I absolutely would not recommend 👎🏾😒

I have dropped close to 16k rebuilding a car with them and they do great work. Overall I have no complaints and I am not the easiest customer to deal with when it comes to big bills. I want it done right and overall I give them 4.98 stars and I do recommend

These guys are great! I had a gas leak a few days before Thanksgiving at 8:30pm, I thought no place would be able to help at that late of an hour but Castro did! Made the repair and even found another problem that he didn't charge me for. I trust Castro Automotive for my future car repairs!

Brought my stolen car here on a recommendation and couldn’t be happier. It was quick, fair pricing and all around good customer service from start to end. They reply and get back to you quickly, give you an actual quote to look at, and did some services for me that weren’t included in my total. Overall 10/10 and would recommend for all car needs!

Wow, very pleased with the service. I had called/gone to 3 different places to see who could replace my oil pressure switch and while most shops don't do "electrical" work, others want to charge an arm and a leg. I already had the part, I just needed someone to replace it. Alonso came in clutch. It was already after 6 pm (when most shops close or have already closed for the day) and he was able to do that for me in about 30 mins or less! Thank you, thank you! 😊
