Update: I started noticing a burning smell coming from my vehicle and took it in to Cass St. Two hours later, my car was ready for pick up. They said the gentleman who had done the oil change didn't get the plug set quite right and the gasket had failed, more or less. He went on to tell me the guy was diagnosed with some pretty serious medical issues shortly after he had serviced my car (my thoughts are with you for a speedy recovery) and he apologized and didn't charge me anything for the repair. Sure, this is the right this to do but would have been an easy opportunity to take advantage of someone, or even charge me just for the parts or labor. This just goes to show the kind of service and integrity you can come to expect from Cass Street. ... I had a great first experience with Cass Street Auto! Service was fast, knowledgeable, friendly, and best of all they didn't try to sell me on services that weren't needed. Will definitely be coming back to this awesome place for all my future vehicle needs.

Cass Street Automotive is the only auto place I take my truck to because: - The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and their sidekick pup is the cutest. - They provide honest assessments! - Timely service at a fair price. unhappy with the service provided. The oil change was great. The attempt at fixing the door lock failed, but they didn't fail to charge $600 for the attempt.

Took my Fiat Abarth into Cass Street Auto to have the leaking heater core replaced. They had never done one, learned how to do it, and did the replacement. Though a real chore, the work was completed with their usual competency and excellence - thank you!

Took an old vehicle to these men on Friday before a holiday weekend. As a senior woman, I am concerned when I go for auto repairs that I will be taken advantage of . Not at Cass auto .They stayed beyond closing to get the vehicle up and running their prices were reasonable. They went above and beyond and were very pleasant on top of it all. What a welcome find. I give them the highest recommendation And will take them all of my repairs in the future.

I took my Lexus to Cass Auto for a repair to it’s power steering after looking at the cost from a Lexus dealer. Cass was quick and efficient, used Lexus parts and cost less than if I had taken it to Lexus.

I went in thinking I’d need a new key fab for a friend’s car and was prepared for it to be expensive, turns out the battery was just dead. They replaced it for free! Extremely honest! Alfredo was great to work with!

My bronco was having issues passing the California smog test. The first go it came out as a gross polluter. I took it to Randy at Cass Street auto and in 1 1/2 days they’re able to fix the problem replace bad parts and I passed smog with ease. I trust Randy and his team with my 1993 Ford bronco. They’ve kept it running in top-notch condition for years. Two thumbs up for Randy Cass Street auto and Mission Hills Auto.

Agreed to have an inspection before a trip, called in first, said couple hours. Upon showing him couple issues outside bluntly said couldn't work n my vehicle, accused me of sleeping in it. He saw my dog's bed, which he was in. Became an argument. After clearing that up left vehicle, 3.5 hours later no word. They didn't get it up on rack still and was trying to leave town so just a waste of time plus being insulted a bit.

I’ve gotten helped here before and the service this time did not disappoint! The team was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. They talked me through every step of the repair and made great recommendations for future proofing. I’m sure if I took the time I could have found a cheaper rate somewhere else but the rates they gave me felt reasonable and were well worth the peace of mind. I’ve heard it’s important to trust your mechanic and they made me feel like I was in good hands immediately. I will be back here again next time something goes wrong with my car! Thanks!
