Communication was awful, told them my car was there at 9am, didn’t hear anything so I called at 1pm for them to tell me they didn’t realize my car was actually there. Then they said 30 minutes and they’d call me to tell me what’s wrong. They never did, I called at 3 where they told me what’ was wrong. I spoke to my parents about the pricing and problems, they disagreed with the quote and said more than likely they are upcharging cause I am a woman. Took my car away before they could touch it. Edit to add: took it to sun auto service, my alternator was fine, they replaced my battery at sun for cheaper and saw my brakes were bad. Cost way less to go there and wasn’t scammed for unnecessary parts and labor.

Went to have a my brakes and rotors done did ok job and gave me a quote for the back brakes and tried to charge 100 extra for just the brake brakes. Because I am women and was alone they tried to take advantage of me the customer service is very bad doesn’t seem like they know what they are doing

I had my rear brakes done for a reasonable price n it took 4 hrs ..they r very busy..but they really did a great job

The work done was fast and good. A little unorganized, because I had my car towed to them because my starter went out. When I made it to the shop after the car was towed there, no one knew my car was there or where it was.

I brought my car to Casias to replace a faulty window regulator. While the window regulator was replaced, the shop ended up damaging my door locks during the process. When I brought this issue to their attention, I was met with excuses and refusal to take responsibility for the damage they caused. It’s clear the issue wasn’t present before I handed over my car, yet they outright refused to fix it or even offer a solution. Besides trying to charge me for additional testing. This level of disregard for their customers’ property and unwillingness to rectify their mistakes is unacceptable. Instead of providing the quality service I paid for, I’m now left with an additional repair expense. I would not recommend Casias to anyone looking for reliable and professional car repairs. Their lack of accountability and poor customer service made this a truly frustrating experience. Save yourself the hassle and take your car elsewhere.

This place is the absolute BEST! Not only great work but great customer service and very friendly! Got front wheel bearings replaced, front brakes replaced, 4 new tires and an oil change. Mechanic got on it right away! Thank you Casias!

Fixing tires is fair but when mechanic fixed my van, left bolts not tightened. I had to pay $1700. for wheel bearing on passenger side and inner and outer rods. Expensive but not a good job done by mechanic. I had to take van to my mechanic to tighten all the loose bolts and whatever mechanic did wrong

I don't think this place as a tire shop I think of it as a college for magician's cause they only do iluciones to make you think your car is fixed and they charge you..... And the next day your car breaks down and you try to take it back and they say that it's not the new piece that they put on and that it's a different piece

If you need a tire repaired this place is fine... If you need anything else go somewhere else! First if you do no speak Spanish good luck! I stopped in due to a misfire issue. They took my information and told me it would take about 2 hours. After 2 hours I went back and they had not done anything because they had taken my phone number down wrong. They had area code 201 which is in NJ. They then were going to fix it. They told me that my engine was bad and needed to do a compression test and probably needed to replace it but it was closing time and couldn't proceed for two days. Even with my limited car repair knowledge I knew this was not correct. They also told me I needed a new ignition coil which I purchased which was a waste of money. I took it to another shop the next day and they fixed it within a few minutes for a very minor fee. For almost $200 a wasted afternoon and waste of money I received nothing but hassle and bad information.

If you need your tire fixed or replaced this is the place to go. Sometimes they're very busy on the weekends but they do fast service for a great price

Two trash tires back to back. One that ended up holding no psi going completely flat after the car not even being used and another one with trash treading. Old tires. Stick to discount tire. Free flat tire repair and balancing too. This place will make you pay $7 just to check the tire. They WILL take advantage of you.
