This was my first time at Caseys Tire Pros and Automotive. The service was excellent and they were very honest. The entire staff was amazing and very accommodating. If you are looking for a company that is honest, trustworthy, and will do only what is needed. I highly recommend Caseys.

Great service, easy to speak with technicians, very hospitable. I was relieved that they have the tools to work on trucks with lifts and larger tires, had to go around town before finding out about Casey's and they got my truck back to working order. Went in for an alignment and they gave me a heads up on another issue I had no idea about but their advice helped me solve another problem I had in my front end. I'll be coming back to Casey's when I need another service!

I took my vehicle in for an oil change and new tires. Adrian was very helpful with all the choices available and David took care of the service with great care. I couldn’t ask for better service.

They were professional polite and they got it done in a timely manner. I went in for an oil change on that one but two vehicles I was greeted and spoken to in a very friendly manner. I enjoyed my experience.

My family has been with Caseys Automotive for more than 10 years. My dad took care of all of our cars there and Allen is like family to us! Since my dad has passed away, Caseys Automotove and everyone there as well as Allen, has stepped up to help take care of his daughters and their vehicles.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANY FEMALE GO TO GO TO THIS SHOP!!! Purchase four tires from this business less than a year later I had two small Nails in my tire took it to them to remove the nails because when I initially bought the tires I was told that this would be a free service it was not free and I was very frustrated and disappointed because I know that National Tire and Battery could have done it for free they charge me almost $50 to take the nail out I will never return there I feel like as a woman every time I've gone there they found something else that they needed to do to get extra money

We had such a pleasant experience at Casey’s. We were referred to them by Hall Tires to get our breaks done and to get new tires. From the very moment I called, they were so kind and helpful. In a world where customer service is so poor, they definitely exceeded my expectations. Even when we had to call back bc we thought something was wrong, they never turned us away or gave us a hard time. We are so thankful and will return for our next repair.

They were very attentive to my needs and delivered my Hummer a day earlier than expected. I had a Jasper rebuilt transmission and all new brake pads and rotors at a very fair price. They even found a coolant leak and fixed it at no cost to me. I am about to take a long trip to Florida and I feel secure for my family to ride in the vehicle. Definitely a professional crew.

Again these guys came through. I totaled my truck and because I trust these guys so much, I asked Adrian if he could take a look at some cars I was thinking of purchasing. Of course, he got me right in. I brought him 3 or 4 cars in 2 days and always had a bay ready in 5 minutes for me. The guys there know their stuff and extremely helpful in finding my next car. Going over the good and bad with each one and happily explaining it to me. YOU CANNOT BEAT THIS PLACE. SERIOUSLY.

Casey's is always fast and professional. Always lets me know of issues that may need to be addressed, and does not pressure me for a "have to" fix if not urgent. Will use Casey's for any of my vehicles!

The people here are absolutely rude and lazy!!! Don’t even bother wasting your time or breath coming here!!! They close at 5:30, I arrived at 4:45 and asked them to put a plug in my tire (not even 2 minutes worth of work) since I had to get back on the interstate to drive an hour home but yet one of the employees told me “no I’m tired I’m done for the day”…. When I asked them “will you please do it and offered to pay $25 I even have the plugs and yall don’t close until 5:30 it’s not my tire to blow on my way home” the guy still said no he was too tired and he was done for the day. So I walked out of the office and asked another guy who was just standing there leaning up against a stack of tires playing on his phone and immediately offered to pay him $25 he asked what the other guy said so I told him and all he did was shrug his shoulders smiled shook his head and said no. I have never in my life met anyone who wouldn’t mind doing less than 2 min worth of work and make $25 cash in their pocket smh!!!!! They are lazy and unprofessional. I ended up going to autozone across the street told them what happened and paid one of them to do it for me. Even the guy that did it said he couldn’t believe they acted that way over less than 2 minutes out of their time when they weren’t even closed. I will never go back to Casey’s again and I highly recommend no one else does either!!!!!
