I love shopping/supporting locally family owned businesses, when I choose Casey’s Auto I thought that’s what I was getting. The genuine, humble, honest, hard working company, that wasn’t just after my money, someone that wanted to help me and my family, oh boy was I fooled. When I had services done they failed to provide me with an invoice, everytime I went to make a payment to figure out what I owed and what work was done it had always increased and they didn’t have an answer for what work was done. They had texted me saying I owed about 5k, so as anyone would do I said I’d like to see an invoice, as that’s a lot of money to just fork over especially via text. Theresa said she’d get me the invoice , didn’t hear from them for a month so I called left a message no call back, this was a back and forth thing for 4 or more months that I was trying to simple just get an invoice for all sorts of reasons I needed it, than they just randomly hit me with sending me to collections when I had no deserve to not pay I just wanted to see an invoice as I think anyone would when having work done and having to hand over 5k as they said I owed. Mind you I had already paid them 4k(didn’t get the invoice for that either, just all over text message) for struts, and, a ball joint so I wasn’t going to hand over another 5k without receipts. Overall I think they smile in your face to pretend they care and are there to help but screw you over in the end, up charging and tweaking the cost so their pockets are fuller, I also purchased “new” tires from them, little did I know as an former employee informed me that he just had used tires put on my vehicle and charged me for the same brand just new price, and after 5 months my ball joint had to be replaced because it wasn’t done still knocking when I turn. Communication extremely poor, efficiency poor, over all disappointed in thee entire experience.

These guys did a great job installing my exterior accessories on my adventure van. Quality work at a fair price and add a quick turnaround and friendly service. Priceless. These guys are honest and working hard to earn your business…they certainly have mine.

These guys went out of their way to help me with a license plate issue. They carry the spirit of the true Midwestern auto shop that most places have lost. Anywhere else I would have waited for days to get my small issue fixed. And guess what? They didn't want to charge me. I had to insist to swipe my card and leave some money.

Chad got me in same day and figured out the issue within 10 minutes! He got a part sent over and fixed it and we were gonna within an hour! Highly reccomended!

My family and I were moving across country when our Sentra's transmission failed. The team at Casey's stayed open late to diagnose the problem and enabled us to be back on the road the next day with a new plan and get to our new home safely. We are extremely grateful and wish them the very best! I strongly recommend this company.

Casey's helped us out when needing a repair midway in our road trip. They were courteous, fast, and went above and beyond to get us back on the road even though there was only a couple hours left of business hours.

Casey's was really a huge help. I have a 40ft school bus. We had a couple family lights tours planned for the holidays. A flat tire and a broken door. I wasn't sure what to expect with timing and price for the repairs. They got it in the next day. I dropped off the bus in the morning and by 3 it was ready to go. The cost was reasonable! Thank you Casey's for helping us keep our holiday plans.

I had gone to this mechanic for years, blindly believing that he was an honest man. This could not be further from the truth. On multiple occasions he would say something was wrong on my car when there wasn't an issue. This is the type of mechanic you take your car into to get your tires aligned and he finds a problem, and you will without a doubt be paying him at least 1,000. Embarrassingly I recommended friends and family and this "mechanic" did the same to them. I don't know why but I had my cars serviced by him at least 20 times over the years and adding everything up it was around 20,000 in fake or shotty repairs. On a few occasions totaling out a car and then getting the advantage to buy it very cheaply. He doesn't work fast and has no sense of professionalism. I'm all for drinking and having a good time but when you wait literal months for simple repairs just to be put off saying it would be done in x amount of time, only to come on that day and now it's gonna be another month. Speedometer showed someone was driving the last car I had there and it sure wasn't me. I wouldn't recommend this mechanic to anyone. He's a stone cold crook who takes advantage of people. He will smile and nod to your face and then when you turn around promptly stab you in the back. Literally pick any other mechanic, know a friend that once changed a tire and knows nothing about cars? Better to take it to that person reading a manual then take it to Mr.Casey. This is the nightmare mechanic you hear about, take my advice and save yourself time, money, and an overall feeling of not being played for a fool and find a real mechanic. There is more to tell, but upon collaborating between a few of his clients and reaching out for legal advice it's likely going to come out anyway. Take this review to heart, as this is the reality of Mr.Caseys business . Go somewhere, literally anywhere else, this is the most dishonest person I've ever met.

If your looking for a mechanic you can trust this is the place to go. This is by far the best shop to take your vehicle needs to. They are very Professional at what they do from going over issues with the vehicle when you first drop your vehicle off.To when you get your keys feeling confident in there work that they do. I love having a great mechanic that I can trust. I am treated right every time and so are my friends. He fixes what needs to be fixed and doesn't try to sell me unnecessary repairs. (Which has happened to me at several other places over the years.)
