I like the fact that I was able to get same day service and I like the fact that they show me what the problem was without charging me an arm and a leg I thought that was just the best thing ever and if I wanted to go further then that would be a charge but I think the two guys for doing everything possible to make my experience great

***Up-Date 11-11-23*** Once again, great service, no up-selling. Professional, kind people. Brandon is terrific. Thank you, Car-X! This location now has a new customer. I highly recommend this location. Went in for an oil change, and they rotated my tires, check the pressure. told me of a few other issues that might need attention in the near future, but did not pressure me at all. Offered me a great deal on a repair. Another service place I went to wanted way more for the same repair. I greatly appreciate you guys. I will be sending my family to you. ***Update 1-3-25*** Thank you to Brandon and whoever the service technician who patched my kid's flat. You saved a Dad a lot of worry. Great price on a patch and you had in done in 30 minutes. You guys are a blessing! Thank you!

I had a wonderful experience her the few times I’ve been. Tyrell was able to quickly take care of me. I was looking to change all my breaks but was honest with me and told me I only needed my front breaks changed and my rear breaks still had plenty of life on them. I loved how he was completely honest with me and wasn’t just trying to take my money

I'm the type of driver that expects to turn the key and have my car running without question. When that doesn't happen, I turn to Shrewsbury CarX for help. I can always count on them to figure out the problem and fix it. They also check my car for routine maintenance to spot any potential problems down the road. They get the work done in a timely manner to get me back on the road. I trust their work implicitly. Brandon Newcorn could not be more friendly, helpful or professional.

I've been here a few times and have had great experiences. They've always been honest and up front with problems and prices. Sure, there are wait times; but that's every shop. It's not worth discussion. And the manager was kind and completely transparent with our discussions. Don't worry, call the Car-X man!

Wanted to share a great experience I had at Car-X recently. After getting annoyed with the high maintenance costs at the dealer, I decided to use Car-X for new tires. Mechanic who helped me was Tyrel, and he was great. He helped determine what tires were best for my CX5, needs, and budget. While replacing the tires, he found that my back break pads were worn down. (The dealer had told me this, but I had forgotten). He checked everything else and said filters were good, vehicle was in good shape, topped off my wiper fluid, and said to consider getting my front brakes serviced soon. No push to upsell me on a bunch of things. Was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely go back to this location and see Tyrel.

I have been to this location a handful of times since 2016 and I have had nothing but good experiences. Everyone is very helpful and I don't feel like they're trying to overcharge you have some mechanics do. The best compliment I can give them is this, I no longer live in the area, but I'll drive the 25 minutes to this location opposed to going somewhere else

Closest shop to my house, so I’ve maintained a relationship despite a few significant frustrations. New management at this location seems committed to addressing these kinds of issues, taking accountability and providing consistent service from here forward. Had to have a tire replaced and the shop was very accommodating of my schedule/took time to update me as soon as the work was finished (and it was finished early, to boot). Thanks to the team for making an effort. Update: had to have some emergency work done and the team was super accommodating and gave me a very fair price. Will definitely continue with this shop!

I am not a person who writes reviews often as to why I will not have my name public. I stopped by here from out of town a week ago and my car had this obnoxious loud metallic screech. Let me tell you the young man Tyrell found my problem in less then a minute and got it fixed in less than a hour. Him and his team were beyond helpful and nice and super cost effective with my budget. Super helpful kind people if I was to ever move to the Missouri area I would choose this area because of how fantastic Tyrell and the crew was with service the knowledge and everything!

I would highly recommend this car X to anybody who wants first class service. The manager Brandon was very kind and knowledgeable. The technicians took very good care my car and were very fast, I felt like I was in and out. I will be telling all of my friends and family about them. I almost forgot very good pricing as well.
