Carstar Supervisor Collision 90W I can definitely recommend anyone to them. They are very professional with everything as far as answering phones answering questions quick to respond to your needs. Everyone in that stuff is great especially Marco he my guy. Marco when against his way to pick me up from my person to the details ship. Like wow these people are good. The car was greater than my actual look whenever they got done. They told me three weeks to get my car I got it back one week n few days. Thank u so much guys.

I rarely write reviews because I find it so annoying when businesses ask for an "excellent" review after EVERY service (which is usually mediocre at best). However, I felt compelled to share my experience with CARSTAR (Superior Collision 90 West) in San Antonio because it's so rare that I find truely excellence customer service. This is the best experience I've ever had with a car being repaired. They handled everything with my insurance company from towing to their location until all of the repairs were completed. They updated me throughout the process and called me for authorization when they discovered a change that had to be made. Everyone that I dealt was friendly and respectful and the repair was completed on time and without delays. They explained all of the repairs to me. We worked with Trevor at the beginning and Marcos at pick up. Their customer service was truley outstanding. The quality of the repairs were also great and we've had no issues so far. Of course, they also warranty their work. This experience was SO much better than other body shops snd dealerships we've used in the past. **And for anyone interested, we changed from Allstate insurance to Hartford (through AARP) in the last few months and we've been so happy! Half of the price (with young male drivers- yes, REALLY!!) and excellent service with this claim. So glad they recommended this repair shop to us!

I was very disappointed with the service offered. I would definitely not be recommending anyone to this company. If you have to use them, please ask to see the parts they will be using before installation. Also, confirm what their credit card fee will be; I had to pay an additional $35 for a credit card fee.

I'm going to go ahead and not recommend this place. Without having my service done yet I asked these people not to touch the car until I notify them because I may be picking up the car. What they did after that is took the bumper apart so that we couldn't go pick it up. That's bad service.

If you ever need any body work done to your vehicle, I very much recommend CARSTAR on hwy 90. I had a slight fender bender and went to CARSTAR for the repairs, they are very courteous and expeditious in getting the job done.

After discovering a scratch on the side of his truck. My husband was so upset that I drove to Carstar, meeting with a very nice gentleman Marcos. After explaining that my husband was dealing with cancer and was so focused on that scratch. Marcos took the truck around back and buffed it out. Leaving this wife with some well needed peace. I truly appreciate the process of getting my vehicle repaired. When I arrived, I was greeted by two ladies at the front desk. Within minutes, we went outside to examine my car and discuss the necessary work. From the first call to the last, I was kept updated through text messages. The service was excellent, and I highly recommend taking your vehicle to them.

Took my truck to have the headlights adjusted after the other place failed to do so. Marco was wonderful as was Crystal who ROCKS!! I don’t want to have to go back, but if I have another accident, I KNOW where I’m going!!

I was very pleasantly surprised at the responsiveness and professionalism displayed by the team at Carstar HW 90W. They stayed in touch with me throughout the process and in my opinion went over and above what I expected. Kudos to the team at Carstar!!

So, first this shop comes under Geico Auto Xpress were the Geico rep said the repairs will be started on the same day of drop off. Unfortunately, that is not true. They took two weeks to start the repair and a whole month from drop off to complete the repairs. Did they fix it properly? No. They did not. Parts did not match or were missing. At Geico’s instructions for cutting costs, they even used parts from the junk yard. My tailgate was replaced with a tailgate from a different model or trim (picked up from the junkyard). My old tailgate had a separate lock button. This one did not have. Also, few cosmetic parts and some bolts were also missing. The rear bumper was not installed or seated correctly. As a result, there is a large gap between the bumper and the body. Even now, it still looks like someone rear ended me. The ceiling headliner has not been inserted properly and a couple of headliner retainer clips are missing leaving holes in the ceiling. Bolts holding the side trim are missing. No updates from the shop during the one month. I had to call them and ask for the status updates. Wish they had negative rating. Will definitely not recommend anyone to give their car here.

Carstar was not all I thought was. I have a 2024 car that I only had for 4 months and I had a hit and run so Carstar was offered the job to fix my car. I did get the car back after 2 weeks and was not satisfied with the paint job. They left me with a 2 tone color the bumper and the side panel are not the same color and they say that it is supposed to be like that. This was not like this and the other side has matching colors. With research That I did they use generic paint to profit more. They should of bought the paint from the dealer but to save costs in their pocket they use cheap paint and say that’s what it’s suppose to look like. Also they left paint on my chrome with their fingerprints you would think that they would of tried to remove that from the car. They never offered to make it right. Carstar on hwy 90 is not a good trustworthy shop. I will not go there again. And for your sanity you all shouldn’t either.

I took my car to carstar Superior collision 90w for body work to my roof. The intake staff was friendly knowledgeable. My drop off and pick up included a ride home. They finished the work on schedule. I am very satisfied with the entire process and I highly recommend Carstar on 90W.

They did a great job on my car. It took a really long time to get it back but it was worth the wait. Not only did they fix the paint job they were nice enough to add wax and clean the inter. Great custom service! I would go back if i need any body work done.

The experience from day one was herrendous. They are not honest. They charged me almost 3 times more than what they had quoted me at the beginning . The bill went from $2900 to $7900. They took too long in getting it done. They follow through with customer is pathetic. I called their headquarters to stress my concerns and never received a call back. They like to sock it to the insurances.

I am incredibly happy with how my car turned out, he is absolutely beautiful. I really appreciate the text updates/phone calls I would get whenever there was something new, Marcos' patience with me when I would get excited about my car and just start talking a lot (oops 😅), and him answering a few of my questions that were unrelated to the damage itself. It took a bit longer than I personally would've liked, but it was out of everyone's control and completely worth it for how stunning it looks. The paint is absolutely beautiful and the match is perfect. It genuinely looks like nothing has happened at all save for the passenger headlight being obviously much newer. If anyone I knew needs work, I would totally send them here. Edit: The paint on my bumper started peeling so I went back for them to look at it and see if it's covered under warranty. The paint job the first time was done incorrectly, and they didn't hesitate to say it was their mistake and they will fix it and to schedule a day to drop my car off. Again, the paint looks absolutely perfect and I am so incredibly happy with how it turned out.

I was a little concerned at first meeting Marcos but he assured me I had nothing to worry about. Parts came in quickly and the repair was made as is nothing had ever happen to my truck. Their whole team there was pleasant to work with. Providing me with updates and deals on my truck

My car wasn’t ready on the day stated. The wrong light was ordered. Told it would be ready on Monday and it still wasn’t ready. Supposedly another part didn’t come in but I’m guessing part wasn’t ordered with the light. So it delayed in getting my car which was 2 days more after having my car for more than 3 weeks. There wasn’t a lot of damage on my vehicle that needed to be done. After picking up my vehicle we went over everything. Paint job on hood looks really good. The headlight looks really good. Just hope for future clients they keep them updated because of rental car. That was another issue.
