Staff was courteous and efficient. Scott was very honest with me about extent of repair which made my decision easier. Car was loss which I came to accept. I still appreciated the care given me.

I brought my car in a few months ago for a quote. scott misquoted me for a paint job that is a "three step process" not "one step" bring the price of my quote up by several hundreds of dollars. when i asked to speak to a manger scott got angry and started talking about me very loudly and distrustfully in the other room. when i let them know i could hear this the manager finally came to speak to me. informing me that scott lowballs quotes and is "newer" with the company. not my problem. this place is a scam. save yourself the time and stress. especially if you're a woman. having to take time off work to waste more time coming in to only find out they want more money really is not how i wanted to start my day.

CARSTAR made the process so simple! I was rear ended and my vehicle needed the damage fixed. They handled everything with the insurance, rental car, etc. I will absolutely be referring more business their way!

I dropped off the car for a hail damage and I was told that it was going to be ready in 10 days, I received updates through out the process and for my surprise the car was done a day ahead of schedule.They did a good job. I’m happy with the repairs!

The team @ Omaha Carstar did an amazing job. Zach kept us in the loop throughout the process with updates and went above and beyond with coordinating pick-up/drop-off of the car with a local logo design company once the bodywork was complete. They got my bumpers replaced last year. They were getting slightly loose and they helped it in place & glued it without any charges. The representative was humble and helpful.

Horrible experience with the staff. There was one person who was extremely rude. Horrible communication. Would NEVER recommend this place, regardless of what your insurance says. You do not have to go to the preferred place and I will NEVER come back to carstar. I did not trust them to do the work properly. They did not communicate with my insurance company. No one wanted be at a collision center; show some sympathy.

I had my car brought here to fix some vandalism, the work they did was not very good. Got paint on part of my bumper that shouldn't have got paint on it. Not happy with it at all A friend of mine took his truck in for hail damage, got his truck back in shambles. Came back with electrical issues, trash in the bed, and barley had any gas in it. Truck had more issues now than it did going in. Don't bring your vehicle to these guys.

Going to Carstar for my car's door repair was a great choice. I'm new to the area and have been looking for a reliable shop. Carstar was quick, fairly priced, and professional. I felt confident in my decision to work with them for my repairs - it didn't feel like I was ever being "worked over" or taken advantage of which I've come across as a female in the car world many a time. Will definitely be back!!

Major shoutout to Zach for his superb customer service and his dedication! I spoke on the phone with him first and he was so pleasant to allow me to bring my car in within 11 minutes notice. I brought my car in for a dent in the plastic bumper and he came outside with me to check it out. I was so surprised when he got on the ground himself to try to push it out. Although he wasn’t successful, he immediately drove my car to the mechanics in the back and they did their best work to make it look better. It was complimentary and I’m so grateful!!! THANK YOU ZACH AND CARSTAR NW ❤️

I could not recommend this place more! The staff, specifically Zach/Zack (not sure on the spelling!) who helped me out the most throughout the process, were all kind and helpful, and repairs were done in a very timely manner. Happy to have my car back in tip top shape, and really appreciated the communication this place offered. Great place!!
