CarStar Jeremiah has a professional and helpful team. High quality work done on my vehicle in budget! Steph communicated expectations on turnaround time to get service completed. Although longer than I preferred, the clear communication from the office was fantastic! Also they facilitated communication with my insurance provider and all fees transparent! Car looks brand new ! Thank you!

Everyone at Carstar was very thorough, friendly, gave timely updates and overall had excellent communication. The work they did was excellent! Would highly recommend, staff was very professional and did an outstanding job!

They had my truck for 11 weeks. While at their shop, it suffered hail damage, which I didn't learn about until 10 days later when I called them to check on progress (it had already been 5 weeks at this point). The owner then kept me on the phone for 30 minutes making excuses. They arranged the hail damage repair. In week 10, the car was "99%" ready but was waiting on one small part. They said they would call me when it came in. I had to call them (again) the next week and they tell me the truck had been ready for days. After 11 weeks, my door still whistles, which was my primary reason for getting the repair done. They failed at the repair, communication, and charged me much more than insurance quoted.

Called to ask a couple questions to determine if this shop is where I can drop off my vehicle for some major repairs. Lady answering the phone was snappy and rude. Wasn’t necessary to be rude as I just wanted to inquire if they offered assistance with rentals (since my insurance did not). There was one locally that did, but they did door to door solicitation so I didn’t trust them. I saw this place had good reviews so I figured it wouldn’t hurt to call and just ask. She said “no one in the metro does this, and if they did maybe you should’ve went with them.” Fair point, however I didn’t feel like explaining that I wanted someone with good reviews and reputation to take care of my car. Anyways, y’all could’ve handled that a little more professional, just trying to give you some business.

Very easy process from submitting claim with insurance agency, to making an appointment with CarStar, to dropping it off and getting updates along the way. Really appreciate the level of service and detail CarStar provided to me and my vehicle.

I just picked up my vehicle from a collision and the workmanship was fantastic. I only wish if they’re working with insurance to pay for a repair then they trust them to pay as a preferred provider so I had to pay the supplemental and sit and wait for insurance to pay me back. For example, When I had a contractor out to the house to do some upgrades I didn’t pay up front to have the work done. He invoices me and I paid when I got the invoice which then he had to process my check. Same concept but Carstar should have to wait for insurance to pay rather than me to have them release the car to me.

Fantastic service from A-Z!! My car looks amazing and practically brand new! Even my kids were convinced that it was a brand new car. They also even cleaned out my car too and put a great air freshener to give it that new car smell! Thank you for doing an amazing job on my car!

I have been rear ended while sitting at a stop light 3 different times in the last 10 years. After all three times, I took my truck to be repaired by Jeremiah’s Car Star Collision, OKC. All three times, Jeremiah and teammates Steph, Nikki, and Spring worked together to meet and exceed my expectations. They are great at what they do, and as a bonus, great and pleasant people to work with. You can trust them to be honest, competent, an advocate for you to insurance companies, and hard working. Trust me, after going through this process with them 3 times now, I can solidly recommend them and confidently say they will exceed your expectations as well. I have never been in a wreck and this was the first time I ever had to deal with a body shop and insurance, when I say this was the best place I mean it, never once did they act like it was a problem helping me or never acted bothered by me calling and asking questions. My overall experience was amazing and great customer service! Nicki and Steph were AMAZING! Highly recommend my truck looks like I just purchased it off the lot. You will not be disappointed!
