Brought my car in to have damage from a hit and run fixed. they left drip marks from paint across my entire door. see photo below. had to ask them to fix it and other mistakes of theirs two more times- they missed other places they should have painted and did not buff out the paint correctly. there are still speckles of white primer on my black door that have not gone away and they did not fix. they did not do it well so I had to have my car brought to the other location, the north location. after a poor job there too I insisted on a partial refund. they sent a check with my partial refund to an address I did not give them and not my address. and it took over a month for me to get my refund money back, they almost didn’t believe me when I told them I didn’t get the money back. Car star employees are paid by the job, not their time by the hour, and don’t have much incentive to take their time and be detailed. Found this out the hard way. Find a shop where they’re paid hourly so they actually take their time.

The paint didn’t match after them having the car for 2 weeks. I was told it was good enough and they weren’t paid to blend it. I refused to accept it so they kept it another week and repainted it. I was told it looked much better when they called which was funny since the service manager had said it was “fine” before. It was not a positive experience but I keep getting text’s wanting a review so there it is!
