Update 1/27. It took them 42 days— yes, 6 full weeks to fix a tiny 2” dent in Volvos bumper! Do NOT go here if you have a luxury vehicle, they will just ship it so the dealership (Volvo) and not give a crap how long it takes. In addition, The initial quote was for about $3844. I understand they find addition things— but the total ended up being $6597– almost $3,000 more or double the initial quote!!! Btw they never showed me the total— my insurance company did. Sketchy!!! Do not go here if you hve a luxury vehicle, u less you are okay with it taking 6 weeks, and they will double your quote! Never again!!! This has been a nightmare! I dropped my car off 12/10, and it’s still not fixed! It’s 1/6, and the repair was minor collision at 2-5mph! Everything about the experience has been sloppy and there is no accountability. They legit don’t care if it takes weeks, or even months to fix your car, it’s not their problem! By far the worst experience I have ever had. I regret picking them every day! I have asked to talk to the owner many times, but they just ignore you like you don’t matter. Lets be real—customers are just dollar signs to them, not real people. Wish I could get out of my contract! I’m expecting them to put a nail in my tire, if not worse—anything to make me pay for complaining.

Initial information of the repair process and regular updates were very complete or at least consistent with all the info they had at the time. The end product (final repair) appears to be superb. The place was first class.

I was genuinely impressed with my experience at CarStar, despite initially having reservations. After my husband’s Audi S4 was involved in a collision, we chose CarStar from our insurance’s list of “in-network” shops. Despite our high standards & initial apprehension, Daniel & his team far exceeded all expectations. As a car enthusiast himself, Daniel’s passion for quality & attention to detail were evident from the start. He patiently spent over 40 mins explaining the repair process, potential damage & likely outcomes. He answered all of my numerous questions with patience & professionalism— even when my husband grew frustrated with my countless questions, Daniel remained willing to assist. Although the car was ultimately deemed a total loss, Daniel had been upfront about this possibility from the beginning. He graciously allowed us to store the car at CarStar for over 45 days while I negotiated with the insurance company, never pressuring us to remove it. Both Daniel and Sandel, the sweet receptionist, kept us updated regularly & stuck to their promised timelines. I’m confident in CarStar’s commitment to quality & will be bringing my brand new vehicle there for repairs since I was just involved in a collision. I trust Daniel & his team completely & will update my review (or add a second one) with photos once the repairs are complete.

I’ve used CARSTAR twice and it’s been a fantastic experience both times. I hit a deer last month, and just got my truck back yesterday. It looks brand new like it just came off the showroom floor. Daniel explained the claims process, and issues with the insurance company as they arose. He was transparent, and worked hard to ensure my truck was fixed properly and quickly. The shop provides updates on Tuesday’s and Thursdays and I always knew the status of my vehicle. Wrecking your vehicle isn’t good, but CARSTAR makes the best of the situation. I hope I never have to use them again, but I would give them 5 stars. If your vehicle needs repairs, contact them immediately. You won’t regret it.

Recently had a lower panel replaced in passenger side. Cost less than I thought, and was ordered and in place in about a week. Put on while i waited. So easy and pleasant to work with Daniel.

The best car repair experience I’ve had and at 58, I’ve had many. I received once a week (sometimes twice) updates without having to ask. Daniel was very clear about cost and got my car back to me sooner than expected. I was told the new paint might stand out from the old paint, but it blends perfectly and the exterior looks brand new. I will be using them again in the future, if needed, even though they’re a little out of my way.

Excellent auto body shop. Daniel Campbell, (Team Manager) is knowledgeable, detail oriented and explains the process of repairing your car. Sandell is proactive in updating you about your car's repair progress every Tue & Thurs. The team doing the work did a great job in repairing and painting my vehicle. I recently I had my car worked on and the RECEPTIONIST was very kind, polite and knowledgeable. Very pleasant. Daniel was magnificent with taking my car in for repairs and they kept me posted as the process moved along. They are very reputable and I would recommend them very highly . Best of the best.

There are not enough positive things I can say about Daniel and the team here! As a fellow small business owner myself, I always look into reviews before doing business with someone new. The collision center had impressive reviews across the board — I can attest they absolutely deliver above and beyond what people are saying here! I came to Daniel and the team after doing some research through Subaru for a certified body shop for my brand new 2024 Outback Wilderness that was involved in an accident late August. I was contacted bi-weekly (sometimes more if there was important updates!) throughout the entire process letting me know how everything was going. Daniel worked tirelessly to battle insurance even when things got fustrating and pushback occurred. I was back in my vehicle just shy of 2 months of my accidentl and incredibly thrilled with the work done! You’d never know looking at the exterior of the vehicle anything was done! I already referred a friend to use this business, but I highly encourage any car owner to trust these guys to get you back on the road safely! I’ve attached some before and afters!

We have used CARSTAR Alan Conner Collision Center twice - in 2018 and Sept 2024. CARSTAR/Conner is a State Farm preferred shop. In both instances, the process was seamless and the quality of the repair work was excellent, We recommend this shop for collision repair without any hesitation.

Amazing service and quick. I had an issue with where I hit a curb and had paint transfer on the paint of my bumper. They were able to quickly remove the paint transfer and restore the bumper. They came recommended from Caliber Collision which they said we trust these guys and they will be able to knock out what you need. The job would have required Caliber to remove my bumper and repaint and that was not what needed to be done which Caliber knew but for their work they have to do full restoration versus fixes. I took it next door to Car Star and man they restored it and got it cleaned up in a matter of minutes …. 10 stars if I could give it to them… Ask for Daniel Campbell.

Daniel and the team at Carstar were phenomenal! When I came to have pictures taken for the insurance adjuster Daniel saw that my tire pressure indicator was on and filled the tire with air before I left. Once everything was in place to schedule my repairs, he took the time to walk through everything that the insurance company agreed to. He went above and beyond to work on a solution with the insurance company to get factory parts for my car when they originally denied it. I am very pleased with the quality of the bodywork. My car looks showroom new! Every step of the way, Daniel and the team ensured that I understood what they were doing, the estimated time and any potential problems that could delay that timeline as well. I received 1-3 calls each week with an update on my vehicle too. I would recommend Carstar without any hesitation to anyone who wants great customer service and quality work.

CARSTAR Alan Conner Collision was excellent!! Daniel was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was attentive, professional and extremely detailed. He made the entire experience pleasant. He went over and above in the service he provided. I appreciated the Tuesday and Thursday updates on my car from Catherine as well. She was always super friendly. I have had several vehicles repaired over the years by Alan Conner Collision and every time is fantastic service. My vehicles come out of the repairs looking good as new! The owner is wonderful as well. Very hands on in the business, has great established processes and cares about his employees and customers. I would highly recommend Alan Conner Collision Center and will not take my cars anywhere else.

I had a very good experience here. I am from out of town and my vehicle was involved in an accident and they allowed me to get my vehicle towed in with no notice and they worked to do the adjustment as quickly as possible. They were very kind to me and worked hard to make sure that my vehicle was done before my rental would run out. I specifically want to give Daniel recognition for being so kind and thorough in his job.
