I had a great experience with Gino when I lost my car keys and had to get my car towed home. I had my toddler with me, and Gino was so helpful in getting us safely home. Nice guy and great service!

The worst tow and collision repair place. The only competent person here is Joseph. I called before I came both times, both times I was told someone would be there shortly and both times I waited way longer just to get to my car. The first time the guy who let us in chain smoked cigarettes causing my wife and I to both have issues with our asthma. The second time after being confirmed an eta no one would pick up and I waited 20 minutes longer than told. Apparently no one's time is important except for theirs. The first time it was admitted to me that they guy FORGOT about us. Absolutely not okay especially considering the stress people are in after a wreck

I found A & J out of the blue when I really needed them the most. They do quality body work. Another shop screwed up my paint job on my Tesla, they repainted my quarter panel and trunk to its original paint. Color is on point and no corners were cut. I would highly recommend A & J to anyone in a heart beat. Thank you so much for reviving my car!! You bet I’ll be coming back. Like they say, first impression matters right? :)

I wish I can give more than 5 stars because the amount of professionalism and care is outstanding. A huge thank you to Cindy who made me feel at ease when my car was being fixed. I never had to do a follow up call because she was on top of everything! My car looked better now than when I first purchased it. Great service !

A big rig tire tread hit my front bumper on I-5, brought my Lexus here and the shop fixed it. It looks good as new and the office staff was excellent to work with. Will recommend to others!

From beginning (estimate) to end (car pick-up), the whole process was handled efficiently and professionally. This being my first accident and body shop experience, it was much easier than I anticipated! All the answers to my calls and questions were handled swiftly, I highly recommend this shop!

I went to Carstar A&J for auto body repair to my car that had hit and run damage. Cindy, on the front end, was amazing in handling everything and making sure my car was taken care of. She made sure my car was taken care of, was very professional and it was taken care of fast. I had a great experience with Joe as well. Would definitely recommend, and would go again. Trustworthy auto repair is hard to find, and I’m glad I found Carstar.

My car got hit overnight and I had to deal with insurance for weeks. A&J patiently kept my car and updated me on the process while I sorted out the insurance process. They were extremely communicative and did a great job! I would highly recommend.

This auto body shop did an excellent paint job on my car! On top of that their service was impeccable, the office manager Cindy was on top of communicating the status of my car. If you want to receive excellent service in a timely manner definitely use this shop!
