AJ was great. Super friendly and helpful from the word go! The only thing I had an issue with was the tires that were on the Jeep I purchased. The numbers were 5 and 9. To me that is a huge gap and I swear I could see the belts coming through on the front tires. I gave my concerns but nothing could be done about it. That a side I love my new vehicle and would reccomend Car Shop to others.

Puchased a car through them back in April 2024. come to find out in January 2025 when I went to get inspected that they never transferred the title to my name! for almost a year I've had this car thats not in my name! All my paperwork was good my checks didn't bounce I've been paying on this car!

The car I wanted was in the shop for “clean up” work. Was told that it would be done around 2-3 that Monday afternoon. Called at 2 to schedule test drive, was told the car was still in the shop until Thursday. Called Thursday, was told the car was being detailed from acid rain and will be ready Monday. Called Monday, the car was still at the shop. Everyone on this process lied and told different stories. Totally not worth the wait! When I called after that day to say that I wanted my “hold” deposit money back because I bought a car elsewhere, Delaney hung up on me! Then, she didn’t answer the phone for 3 more calls. When I got her, she said the car was ready and she had no idea that she hung up on me. When I called the CarShop back, I was told that car was in the shop! So glad I went elsewhere! This place is a joke!

The service was top notch. My experience was easy and pressure free. I was there less than two hours and was able to drive my new vehicle off the lot. Chester, one half of my sales team was even available after my purchase. Delaney and Chester were superb. Buy from CarShop, you won’t be disappointed.
