These guys are super awesome! My car wouldn’t start and every other place I called was booked out two weeks at least. I called these guys and they got me in same day, put in a new alternator and got my car out by 5pm! Thank you guys so much!!

I was on a road trip when a plate from the front piece of my car began to scrape down. They fixed in within 20 minutes and sent me on my way! Great customer service and quality repairs!

On a cross country road trip, we had a part come loose and was dragging on the road. They took us in with no appointment, fixed our car ASAP, AND didn’t charge us for the service. They took above and beyond to a whole new level. The staff was very friendly as well. Thank you CARS!

Went here a handful of times to have minor work done to my BMWs, and I'm kind of particular. They do good work and decent pricing. Usually have some cool toys in their shop.

Wouldn’t take their diagnosis at face value, get a second opinion. I can’t imagine how many people just run with their diags and “replace” parts that don’t even need replacement.

Brought my Chevy van here to get the a/c fixed. without even walking out to see anything, guy behind the counter said it wouldn't fit in his shop when they had a Hightop Ford van inside on the lift! Probably best anyways. Guess I was misled by the word "Complete" in their name.

The people were nice, but they need to work on their communication. A few months ago, we took in our 2003 Hyundai Elantra after our brakes went out. It's an old car and we were unsure if we should get the brakes fixed up or be done with the car. When I called, I asked for just a quote and when I dropped off the keys in the box, I even wrote on the envelope that we just wanted a quote. A few days later, I get a phone call that they went ahead and fixed it without our consent. I paid for the repair, got into my car and the brakes were still not fixed (they were improved, but I could push them so they were touching the floor.) So I went back into the shop and told them the brakes weren't fixed. They kindly took a look at it again in front of me and said there was another part of the brake line that was still broken plus there was a fuel line leak. I was very frustrated because if we had known about all the repairs that needed to happen (and that it would cost over $1000 total to fix) we would not have consented to having the small portion of the brake lines fixed (which was almost $300 in itself). The mechanic said he would try to "take it down a couple hundred dollars for the miscommunications" but did not offer to refund us for the repair they did without our consent. We decided not to fix up the car. So, long story short, we wasted our money and our time because of the shop's miscommunication.

Went in for a simple job- turns out it was a whole lot more. Communicated well, did good work, and the price was fair. Also, they could schedule us in several weeks before any other auto repair shop in the area.
