I had a great experience at Carrillo’s Tire and Auto Service! They quickly diagnosed my car’s issues, replacing the worn-out spark plugs and both front door lock actuators that had stopped working. The service was fast, professional, and honest. They clearly explained what needed fixing and got me back on the road in no time. Highly recommend Carrillo’s for reliable, efficient service! Diagnosticaron rápidamente los problemas de mi carro y reemplazaron las bujías desgastadas, además de los actuadores de las cerraduras de ambas puertas delanteras que ya no funcionaban. El servicio fue rápido, profesional y honesto. Me explicaron claramente lo que necesitaba reparación y me pusieron de nuevo en la carretera en poco tiempo. ¡Recomiendo mucho a Carrillo’s por su servicio confiable y eficiente!

Pesima atención y me estafó no lo recomiendo me puso primero una transmisión me cobro 900 dolares me dijo que nueva me dio 1 mes de garantía al final se me rompió a los 3 meses pero no eso en el segundo mes se rompió el motor me dijo te lo pongo nuevo 1500 dolares 1 año a los 2 días empezó a sonar yo se lo lleve que encendía bien cuando me lo entregó hay que pasarlo el acelerador para que arranque sino por sguto cuando no se lo di así dice el q lo había arreglado también bueno nada cuando voy a reclamarle que hace lo mismo de muevo a 4 días de estar puesto el supuesto motor nuevo dice que era una bovina me cobra 100 más nada en fin el verdadero estafador no hace nada bien trabaja super mal todo lo que te dice que tiene para mi es mentira para estafaron tu dinero y como uno no sabe de mecánica así que nada para que no les pase como a mi ni vayan que es un descarado estafador

NO MERECE NI UNA ESTRELLA, Lleve mi carro porque estaba presentando problemas con aceleración por sí solo y el tablero me estaba dando alerta de que algo no estaba bien... Lo dejo en el taller, me dicen que para un día en específico me lo iban a tener listo, no fue así y tuve que esperar unos días más, cuando me llama y me dice que está listo, me dice que le hizo escáner, cambio de banda y ajuste de frenos... FUE UNA GRAN ESTAFA 600 $ y les comento que el carro estaba igual, IGUAL, SE ACELERABA IGUAL, EL TABLERO ME DABA LA MISMA ALERTA. Luego de probarlo y llegar a casa lo llamo porque el carro se recalento y le digo que el carro está exactamente igual como cuando lo deje y me dice DEJALO QUE SE ENFRIE Y ME LO TRAES MAÑANA, para resumir cuando lo lleve de nuevo a ver qué me podía resolver, lo que me dice es que el problema es otro lado y que me va a costar más... NO DEJE EL CARRO, ME PARECE UNA FALTA DE RESPECTO Y DE ÉTICA. NO LO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA.

2 months ago this place was recommended to me by a neighbor. I was lied to one after another. I took my car in for a oil leak. After 2 days at the auto service the mechanic called and added more work that cost.Lie#1.Then he said it would be fixed that day.Lie#2. He called me with the price of over $600. And he wanted it in cash for tax reasons. So I paid the guy. Next day guess what? Oil leak! The exact same amount in my driveway! Ok. I calmed down. I took my car back. This time I demanded the car to be left up. He said that he couldn’t find where the leak was.. WHAT! A Professional! I showed him in seconds where it was leaking. He assumed the oil pan gasket was bad he said. He really DID know where the leak was coming from.Lie#3. He just doing quick jobs with high cost. I DONT RECOMMEND This Place to anyone! I saved up for months..for this place to rip me off. Don’t be afraid to speak up on what’s right. God Bless

I highly recommend this workshop, I have been coming here for the past 15 years, since my neighbor recommended it once, when I had problems with my vehicle. Alex, the owner, always speaks the truth and has never charged me for work he never performed on my vehicle.

They replaced a rack and pinion on my car but they ended up damaging all the controls on my steering wheel, and refused to fix it admitting they didn't touch the steering wheel, after doing some research I found out when you replace a rack and pinion on a car you should have the steering wheel straight and locked, but when I went to pick up the car from the shop the steering wheel was all the way upside down, and they didn't took any responsibility, it was a really bad experience.

I bought 4 tires from this guy paying 170$ , I discovered after I went home the same day that two of the tires were defective and they were flat on my way home, I went back to the shop the owner refused to replace them even though he admitted its defective saying " there is no warranty" In other words we just cheated on you so deal with it. Horrible experience and untrustworthy deceiving people, I will never come back to this place.
