Terrible. Everywhere. Zero stars would be better. Filled with scammers and unprofessional owners. They will over charge any little job. Avoid if possible. Overcharged my cards on top of everything else.

Arrived 30 minutes before they "closed" and was told it would be $25 charge to " open up the shop again," which it was clearly open already. And another $50 charge to change the tire. $75 in total. Ridiculous. If I could give this place a lower rating, I would.

I had an excellent experience at this tire repair shop! Despite arriving just before closing time, the staff was incredibly professional and polite. They were kind enough to fit us in, even though they were wrapping up for the day. The service was fast, efficient, and of great quality. I’m grateful for their willingness to go the extra mile and ensure our tire was repaired properly. Highly recommend this shop for anyone needing tire service—top-notch customer service and expertise!

Had to go get the tire from TSC because they didn't have one and then they charged more then I paid for the tire to just put it on the rim. Rip off artists that's all they are. I've never paid so much just to have a tire put on a rim. Made two trips in one. First and last time I ever go there.

My husband and I went here with tire trouble and it was the worst experience ever! They had us waiting forever and then in the end they didn't even put the truck on the lift to fix the tires. We had to leave here, go to oriley and get the tools to fix the tire ourselves. Because of their negligence we could have been in an accident or something worse could have happened! If I could give zero stars I would!

I don't even want to give them a one rating they were so rude the man was so rude he was talking on the phone so I figured that's you know private conversation I turned out to look at out the window and then I hear someone hollering hello hey hey and so I turned and I said are you talking to me yes real rude.

I took my car to this place to fix my flat. It was a Sunday. Not only did I pay $25 to have it fixed. As I am driving home my car starts to shake. When I take it to a REAL shop they inform me that my tire was not balanced and I am missing my tire stem cover. I WILL NEVER BRING MY CAR TO THIS SHOP EVER AGAIN!!!!

Avoid this place if you can. They are WAY overpriced. $100 a tire more than Walmart for basic low-end trailer tires. They offered to give me a "deal" to replace my spare for only twice what anyone else costs. I guess they thought I was just passing through with my RV. My whole family and a ton of friends live in Bee County.

Super time efficient and very thorough when I went today for my annual car inspection. Staff was more than friendly and greeted me as soon as I drove up. Best place in town for inspections!!!

Bought the warranty for 4 new tires. 6 months later they didn’t want to honor the warranty because they blamed the alignment. The alignment was new but they still blamed it so they don’t have to honor it. I won’t ever come back to them.

Had a 18 wheeler trailer tire needing replaced, called to check availability and pricing. Was told one prize and upon paying, total not what I was initially told. Charged $719 for a $255 tire. They are way OVERPRICED, UNPROFESSIONAL, and UNFRIENDLY. I drive through here all the time and will NEVER come back. Go get treated better and charged less in a place that’s not sleazy, their mannerism and rotting RV should’ve told me something. When I tried to leave, I needed their mobile unit moved out the way and the vehicle didn’t even start so I had to wait so the man who just ripped me off could jump start it.

If your prepared to spend more money for the service you need. You will spend more if you don't shop. Garcia tire shop has the benefit and service. It is normal to shop and you will always come to old reliable service and economy price. And you don't have to wait over 20 minutes to 1&1/2 Hour to complete the job. Remember quick and quality service like you deserve.

Requested your Repossession services back in Aug2023, until this date (Nov2023) I haven't received any information. Called and asked for any updates and they simply hung up the phone and never answered. Your website is joke, because you don't do ANYTHING it says you offer. One star is too much.

The experience was good the serviceman was professional and performed my tire change in a timely manner. Only thing that was disappointing was he didn't put enough air in my tire with that being said the visit was excellent!
