CarDoc is our "go-to" car service destination. We had some issues with the rear hatch not functioning on our Lexus RX350. Jon, at CarDoc ordered the part, promised a 30 minute installation and YES!!! 30 minutes in and out. Super service with a smile,. Highly recommend CarDoc for all your auto work!!

Couldn't recommend these guys enough! Brought my car in around 3:30pm tonight with nails in two tires that needed to be replaced. They went out of their way to go get me two new tires after their parts delivery guy was already gone for the day and got me fixed up so I can hit the road on schedule tomorrow morning. Thank you so much Cardoc, you'll be getting all my automotive business while I'm living in the area!

Great experience. Made an appointment online for an emissions test, and was emailed by the store manager Jon with an open time slot for my desired day. Showed up ten minutes early and was greeted by Jon, who got me squared away instantly and finished the test and got me out the door in 20 minutes. Very pleasant attitude, and the waiting room is comfortable, certainly recommend.

If you have a diesel VW it needs to be worked on by Brian at Car-Doc. Brian works on each car like it’s his own. Brian knows diesel VW’s inside and out. As a result, your car is diagnosed and fixed correctly everytime. Brian is also great at getting access to German parts that are hard to find. Car-Doc isn’t the cheapest, but it’s the best. Taking your VW anywhere else isn’t fair to your car or your wallet long term.

Car repairs are expensive and a bother, so you want to use someone who is trustworthy and solves the problem correctly. I have been going to Car-Doc for several years now and they have always done a great job. They are friendly and take the time to describe to you in detail what needs to be corrected and how they will do it. And, they get it right the first time, in my experience. It has been a pleasant experience dealing with them and I have used a lot of repair shops in my life time.

I love Car-Doc. It's a place that I trust for my car. I would like to see the TV removed from the waiting room and music be played instead. People look at their phones or work in their laptops when they wait.

A few years ago, I had a problem with my car. The dealer couldn't fix it, there really good shop I used for years couldn't figure it out. Car Doc took the poor thing in and fixed it--the rest is history. These are dedicated, honest and straightforward people, and as long as I have a motor vehicle, they will have a client.

Not a helpful mechanic what so ever. Called asking for a suggestion he does work on my vehicle said he wouldn’t do the work had no recommendations. If it’s not something he can bleed you out on he’s not interested. Be cautious

tl;dr: Driving 30 minutes to Car-Doc, only to be told my car couldn't be checked because the technician called in sick. I was not notified beforehand and found the staff unhelpful and unprofessional. Long version: I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at the store. I drove 30 minutes to Car-Doc and took time off work, only to be told, “Oh, Brian called in sick today, so we can’t check your car.” My appointment was at 10:00 a.m., and the store opened at 7:30 a.m. Whoever is responsible for Brian’s schedule had TWO AND A HALF hours to call me, send an email, or leave a voicemail. I don’t know how many appointments they had for Brian, but even if there were twenty customers, it shouldn’t take more than TWO hours. When I arrived at the store, I was greeted by a lady (I believe her name is Debby). She just said, “Oh, Brian called in sick today, so we can’t check your car,” and stared at me, unapologetically, as if I were an idiot. She didn’t even offer to reschedule until I asked. When I asked, she simply said, “Oh, Jon is responsible for Brian’s schedule, so I can’t do it.” as if nothing was her business. When I asked to speak to Jon, she said, “Jon is on the phone right now; he could call you back later.” I thought he probably wouldn’t be on a call for long, so I decided to wait. I waited for almost 30 minutes, and no one came to check in. The whole experience was just simply: disrespectful, unapologetic, and unprofessional.

Would not recommend this place!! Took Chevy silverado here cause Josh said they could replace fuel lines. Josh calls next day saying I need to take it to a restoration shop, and they don't make fuel lines for 2003 Chevy silverado anymore. Dorman had fuel lines on my front porch next day. Car Doc Automotive loss on my business. Had them on myself in 2 hours. No telling how many people they do this to. Take ur car to a trust worthy shop people.
