Excellent service & best prices in town! Tylor was very knowledgable & did a great job on my car! An extra issue came up that was no one’s fault & Juan took care of it at no charge & got me a rental for the extra days. Stephanie was so friendly & drove me to get the rental. Highly recommend if you want honest quality work!

I will not take my car anywhere else. Juan and his team are the best! They are family owned, very honest with their pricing and they do quality work that is rare to find nowadays with mechanic shops. They will definitely take care of you. Shout out to Stephanie up front:)

These guys are great. Couple weeks ago I had my bumper blown out on a Nissan Altima. These guys were quick to assist me once I arrived. They repaired my bumper in no time, like it was brand new all over again, I highly recommend these guys, they’re great.

Car Aid in Dalton Georgia is the worst place to take your car. Juan tells you one thing and does another. It would be a lot of FRUSTATION taking your car to Car Aid! Car Aid is the worst place to get fix anything!

Juan and Taylor were very helpful and accommodating to me after my car needed extensive repair work due to a wreck. I called several local body shops and was given a “first look” appointment for 6 weeks out. I called CarAid in Dalton on Friday, dropped it off on Monday and within 2 days, Juan had my car inspected and the insurance adjuster by for review. My car is fixed and I’m on the road again after 4 weeks-which is before anyone else could even look at the car!! I will recommend CarAid to anyone needing repair work! They are great!

Last year hit a deer with my car. Everything got fixed up great and pretty quickly. All winter my defrost worked great and when it began to warm up the A/C was blowing cold. All of the sudden the air wasn't blowing cold and it got hot out. I went in to Car Aid after work without calling and they began to check out my car within 15 minutes. I had to sit and wait for about two hours total, but when I left my air was blowing cold. I was told that if I had another issue I would be given a rental and they would make sure everything was right and tight. What a great experience I have had with this company! Thank you Car Aid!

I came to car aid to get work done on my truck and the owner Juan was very respectful toward me. He was very reasonable and actually cared about my situation, right off the back I knew I had found the place I was looking for. The customer service and staff they have are great and will definitely take care of any needs you may have. They are courteous people that do great work definitely a 10/10 business.
