DONT GET YOUR CAR FIXED ANYWHERE UNTIL YOUVE GIVIN CARFIX A TRY! These guys remind me of a place only my grandpa talked about.. Great customer service, lender cars, trustworty guys, willing to pick me up and take me to work 30 minutes away from their shop. Had multiple mechanics making sure what my A/C problem was. Worked with me on a great and fair price. Did not try to "up sale" like the usual places telling you - you have to fix "something" really expensive every time. They gave me a great coupon after having done so much business with them. I will not take my car anywhere else. Thank you Josh and CarFix for showing me there are still good mechanics and shops out there still with good people.

I always have a great experience with CarFix western ave! The employees are always so helpful and friendly and will go the extra mile to make sure you get what you need. I just recently had my alternator fixed and I got my car back the next day. I will be recommending them to all of my friends :)

Chandler advised on best time to come in. I was able to be received as soon as I came in without waiting. Chandler was very helpful in recommending product that would work best for me, and with the winter weather. Chandler was very friendly and knowledgeable, and every employee that I had contact with seemed pleasant and happy to be there to help. Highly recommended!

Excellent service! The manager Johnny goes above and beyond to make sure that you are well taken care of and satisfied with their work. I’ve referred several friends and family members to them as well and they all have been very pleased with their work and friendliness. They are fast, efficient and will even arrange a ride for you if you need to leave your car with them. There’s a reason they have such good Google reviews, they have integrity and treat people right!

This establishment and the people that work there are great! Brandon and Chandler were awesome to deal with. They were professional and honest which is what you would hope for going to a mechanic shop. The mechanic that worked on my car came out before and after the work was done to keep me informed with what's going on with my car. I was in a pinch and desperately needed my car fixed that same day and they were great about doing their best to get me in and out and back on the road with my vehicle fixed! Great place and people. I recommend going to see them if you need some work done on your car.

Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Trail Boss Thank you, Store Manager Brandon for helping me with a continuing issue from a different repair facility. From the time I walked in the door, you addressed my concerns promptly. Your tech was very knowledgeable which immediately diagnosed my vehicles issue and fixed the problem. The facility looked liked a well oiled machine. It was clean and presentable with complimentary soft drinks. I didn’t realise Car Fix had several locations in this region. I will most definitely recommend my family and friends to the Western Ave location. I will surely bring my vehicle back. Especially the fact they may have available loaner vehicles. Thanks again.

Felt wonderfully taken care of and felt like I had a fair price! They offered Uber services while I left my car, were flexible with pick up, and checked in after I got my car back! Very kind staff. Highly recommend.

Wouldn't know if the work here is good or not. They were quoting me twice the amount i was quoted elsewhere and failed to tell me if their "free" diagnostic took getting into the engine I'd have to pay a $180 fee. waited 40 minutes for them without any warning about said fee and ended up having to pay it. They didnt even ask me if it was okay, and went on with it. That doesn't seem alright to me but I do feel sorry for all the women rating 5 star reviews who have been scammed into thinking theyre paying a reasonable price.

Car Fix was a life saver!! Brandon and Brandon were amazing and not only saved the day, but our whole trip. Our wheel bearing went on our drive from up north to Florida and they fixed it on a Friday afternoon at 4:30pm. Absolutely unheard of customer service in this day and age!! Bravo and thanks!!!

I had a wonderful experience with Car Fix when I had a tire blow out. The staff was very friendly and courteous, the service was top notch and the facility was very nice. The cost for 2 tires was much lower then I expected and the tire replacement was quick. Thank you for making me feel like a customer and not a number!
