Billy, Kaleb (Caleb?) and our tech were absolutely phenomenal working on our 2021 XC90. Long story short, these guys went above and beyond to diagnose a series of issues with our EPB and ultimately fixed us up as quickly as they could. This included phoning a specialist at a different location, giving me updates (probably way too often), and allowing me to come by and pick up a car seat close to closing time. It really boils down to them truly understanding my situation and dealing with my anxiety around possibly have to take it to the dealer. They worked with my warranty company so all I had to pay was the deductible after they diagnosed it. I mean it when I say, there isn’t a better repair shop in East TN, these guys have earned my business forever.

Had a great experience here. Got me in right away even without an appointment. Very thorough and only fixed what I asked them to. Prices were reasonable. Will definitely go back!

By far the shadiest garage, as a small business owner I depend on my service van. My motor needed replacing which they did, but they called me up telling me my bell housing on my transmission was cracked and leaking and needed a new transmission. When it left my house the transmission was fine, they cracked it putting it back in, I paid for another one with extended warranty and it quit and they wouldn’t honor the warranty

We have been to Car Fix #6 on Campbell Station Rd in Farragut twice now and are so pleased with Billy, Caleb and crew. They have explained the problems in detail, taken care of our vehicle promptly and even follow up the next day or 2 to make sure all is still okay. I am happy to have someone I can trust/rely on other than an expensive dealership. Thank you CAR FIX crew 🚗

Excellent service. Kept me updated on problem that was serious but covered by warranty. Kaleb was very helpful. Made sure I had a loaner car because part had to be ordered from manufacturer. Would recommend definitely!!

Got some new tires 12/17/24 kaleb was very nice and professional. This place of business is very clean. Affordable!! He gave me a really good deal on my tires (4)out the door at $500 Merry Christmas 🎄 And this includes rotation flat tires at any one of their Car Fix places.😀😀

I've recently started utilizing Car Fix - Campbell Station exclusively for my truck's routine maintenance and larger issues. This is due largely to how professional and friendly they are, but also because the quality of work is top-notch and reasonably priced. I usually feel like mechanics are trying to take me for a ride with their every breath but I've not once felt as though I was being taken advantage of here. They do great work and are always incredibly friendly. I won't go anywhere else now.

Scheduled an oil change appointment. Used a mailer coupon and got a great price. Service was fast and waiting in the Lounge area was fine. Clean and nice sitting area with drinks and coffee provided. Customer service was great.

If you have any issue with any vehicle, this is the place to be. Not only do they have excellent customer service and expertise, the prices are as fair as it gets in a world of price gouging. Honesty and integrity are two things this crew takes extremely seriously! Kaleb was my service writer and he was above and beyond great. He made sure to check the whole car over and give recommendations for service. He didn't push for sales and I knew it was because he cared about me as a customer. The manager is one of the most dedicated and driven guys I've ever met. They were all so personable and kind! I've definitely found a home for my car service!! Thank you guys for a wonderful experience!

It was refreshing that i was referred to a business that immediately said yes sir we will take care of your vehicle right now. Left my car, and in a few hours was notified what was wrong, and at a affordable price. My car was still under Warranty, and they took care of everything. I'll definitely return.
