Our car was in an accident. Had it in a shop 3 times over the year trying to get it fixed right. Everytime we’d get it back it still didnt drive right. I finally took it to CarFix and paid out of pocket (had been dealing with insurance). Our car is fixed right now! It drives like it did before the accident. Michael was awesome! Kept me informed of what was going on & the work that had to be done. 100% recommend this business.

Had multiple repairs done and always received timely response and decently fast repair times. They work with me on some “only as much as absolutely needed” jobs for some older car. New ownership seems to have improved overall experience also.

Absolutely amazing I had a pretty nasty nail in my tire that couldn’t be repaired and the guys here helped me pick out new ones and talked me through every stage and price point of the lift that I was getting. As a woman that can be hard to find a car place that you trust, but the guys here go above and beyond to make sure that you feel comfortable. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Extremely overpriced, like $1400 to replace the alternator. I have to update this because since I posted it, that $1400 alternator has already needed to be replaced. Took it to a different mechanic and we were told the alternator they charged us 1400 came from a junk yard.

Got oil changed and tires rotated, air filter changed Everybody was very nice and helpful.Did not fix the leak in tire on the driver front tire since they rotated tires.

I can’t recommend Carfix enough! I took my Toyota Camry in for its regular maintenance - oil change, tire rotation, cabin filter change, etc. plus a free inspection of my vehicle. Danyil was my tech for my Camry & is the only person I trust with my vehicle. He doesn’t just know how to fix problems; he does it efficiently and without the runaround that’s all too common with other mechanics. Since then, I’ve relied on him for all my maintenance needs—tire pressure issues, wheel bearing problems, regular maintenance, you name it.

This is a formal warning to anyone considering this shop. I’m giving 2 stars only because the manager did help correct the issue, but I would avoid this place if possible: They told me my battery (bought in Feb. 2024) was reading 9% (in their defense, they did show me their scanner showing that). Offered to replace it but I had a warranty on it after explaining it was so new. Plus they should’ve told me about that after seeing the date on the battery instead of prematurely suggesting a replacement! Later when I took it to AutoZone, they did a test and it read 100%. No need for replacement. On the way to AutoZone, just a couple minutes after I left their shop, my engine light and some other codes came on. This was due to an air tube that wasn’t properly connected following their air filter inspection. I had to return to the shop to have them clear the codes. Sloppy work that could have created more issues if it hadn’t been addressed right away. You have been warned.

Wonderful experience at Carfix. Very organized, clean, respectful managers and technicians. Came in for all new tire mount, balance, and alignment. Technician Daniel knocked it out in no time. Definitely recommend coming for any automotive troubles or needs.

Took my Honda Odyssey in for an oil change and they got me right in just about 30 minutes! They did a very good job and have great partnership, and are fast with their work! Will recommend to others!

Dude made me wait 25 minutes to ring up an oil change saying they wont allow me to being my own oil or if they do its the same price as a regular oil change. Glad to have walked away. Used to be $20, i get it inflation makes it $30. But $45 for just the labor for 5 minutes?
