I was very pleased with service and price that I received on my 2018 Sienna van. Oil change, filter changes and 45,000 check up. I will certainly use Car Fix Bearden again.

The ONLY place I bring my vehicles. Honest, upfront, experienced, and informative, I swear by this location if I need any kind of repair work done at all. Ron handled the negotiations with my third party warranty company masterfully and ended up saving me over 3000 dollars on a very pricey repair. Couldn't be more pleased with the work or more grateful for the excellent customer service. If you live in or around Knoxville, this is the shop to go to! Two thumbs way up! 👍 👍

This shop is the real deal. They have a vast array of knowledge and experience with every type of car. Let me borrow a loner car when repairs took a little longer than expected. I’ll never go to another shop while I live in Knoxville. Big shout out to Josh Stevens for helping me every step of the way. These guys can work on everything! They don’t need to solicit customers because they already have work lined up for decades. Shop was recommended by my best friend who is a huge car enthusiast. Great place. I know when things need to be replaced. They’ve never tried to upsell me on anything or said “while we were in there, you should also look at fixing XYZ” unless it was actually the case. I’ve sent another car mechanic in as a test because it seemed too good to be true. Very trustworthy.

I had unexpected car trouble traveling home for the holidays. I am glad that this was the closest shop to me. They were able to fix my issue and have me home for dinner. Great customer service from Ron and team. Ron took the time to show me where my brake pads were failing and after they were replaced, what they should look like. If I ever need car help in Knoxville I will definitely be back!

Ron was very professional and acted like he truly wanted to help me with my problem. Got the part in 3 days and installation was quick. Reminded me I also needed an oil change & a parts inspection so car was stellar when I left. Great job by all the very busy mechanics.

The carfix team was amazing in regards to an issue I had with my 2017 Ford Explorer. I am in recovery from knee surgery and Ron was my main contact and mechanic. After I section, I let Ron know ow that unfortunately we would not be able to afford the repair if warranty couldn't cover most of the cost. Ron went above and beyond to connect with CNA warranty and get them to pay their portion. Then he helped us out applying a military discount and getting my vehicle back on the road. I appreciate the team at Carfix for be patient and working with me.

I currently live out of state and trying to get my daughter's car fixed. The car was towed to Car Fix. I worked with Josh, who was very professional and extremely helpful as I tried to navigate this process from Maryland. According to my daughter, the car runs beautifully now. I would highly recommend anyone looking to get work done on their vehicle to take it to Car Fix.

I have an 18 year old car with 80,000 miles on it. It was starting to ride more roughly and sound noisy. Then I discovered an oil leak. The Car Fix guys did a major overhall to update several components. My car drives better than it ever has, and I feel like I have a new car.

I’ve been doing to this shop for a year now, and I have had everything done from minor work like oil changes to major engine work. Their prices are fair and their work is really good. I know when I leave the shop that what I paid to have fixed has been fixed well. Also, they’re typically really great about getting me a ride to and from the shop if I need it. I was recommended this shop by a friend who is also a satisfied customer, and I recommend them to everyone I know.
