A faulty wire in my car cause a brand new starter he recently replaced to go bad. He gladly got the starter replaced on warranty, informed me of the wire I needed and replace the wire with no trouble. Always excellent work. I will forever trust the car doc!

I called Tobias up after finding him on Google on New Year's Day and he answered. Not only did he answer, he actually came out right away to fix my car. My Ford Explorer would not switch out of reverse. He came to me and figured out the problem instantly. Pricing wasn’t bad either. I will be using him to fix another vehicle I have in the very near future. The great reviews he had helped me call him. I hope my review helps the next person in need make a good decision.

I needed a catalytic converter a few weeks ago for my 2013 Honda Accord and was hoping to find a good mobile mechanic, I came across Car Doc Mobil via my search. I had called a few places b4 calling him and the prices were way higher than what the avg priced listed for parts and labor. I spoke with Tobias and the price he quoted me was right on point with the avg pricing listed for my area so I decided to go with him. He was very helpful in advising exactly the part I needed to purchase for my car and even provided the link. I ordered the part and when it Arrived he was able to come out the next day. He arrived at the time he quoted. He’s very direct, no frills, no extras just straight service which I appreciate. It’s been about two weeks and car is running great., I’ll be calling Tobias again for my future car needs. 10/10 would recommend.

My AC was broke and I was desperately looking for someone/ place affordable and professional because it’s freezingggggg . I called car doc mobile and Tobias came same day and literally fixed my AC in less than 5 mins. I mean quick and easy ! He was very nice and knew what he was doing ! This man has no customer service skills and is clearly overworked and unorganized. Gave me incorrect information about my car which delayed my entire process and ignored me instead of fixing the problem because he does not know how to manage his business. His communication is terrible. He acts as is he’s doing a favor and like he isn’t being paid! Very arrogant and can not admit or accept his mistakes. I would not recommend to ANYBODY because the hassle of working with him is simply not worth it.

When I tell yall he the real deal, he is. I went to the store this morning and at the stop light my car started smoking, I drove it back home and called, he was honest with me,he had 3 cars ahead of mine, but text him the car info, which I did, he called me later to get my address and gave an ETA he was on time and got to work, he diagnosed my issue and fixed it. And showed me the part that was bad, and he charged me a fair price. All without leaving my home. Save this number. I know I am!

Normally I don’t do reviews but I got time today lol…I called Tobias last minute to put my alternator in…he was finishing up with his last customer but he made an exception for me that he will come and he did just that…he was professional,reasonable,and he was really fast(it took him literally 20 minutes to put my alternator in) and doing business like that just gained him a guaranteed customer..so if your having car troubles please reach out to Tobias,trust me you won’t be disappointed!!!

Called this morning for a quote to put on a radiator. Tobias said that he had one appointment already and would come after. He was rude as soon as he arrived, didn't even say Hi. Opened the new part that he said arrived broken, but it's a high possibility that he actually did break the part. He complained that the others were wrong but offered no solution to fix it. Very disappointed because we still can't drive the car. Do not book him, he's clearly overworked and has no social or customer service skills. Update - after seeing the review, Tobias called back and left a very rude voice message cussing and calling people the N word! He truly needs to be out of business!!

Car Doc provided excellent service on two consecutive days to resolve my car’s battery issues, and they didn’t charge extra for the second visit, which I really appreciated (expect to pay a fee for travel plus labor). I’ll definitely be using their services again in the future. If you’re on the fence about booking them, I recommend going ahead. I read the reviews beforehand, and while most were positive, a few were negative. Based on my experience, I suspect those who had a bad experience might not be sharing the full story or could have been rude. Trust me, Car Doc is worth it.

I am beyond grateful to have found Tobias! My car wouldn’t start due to a starter that needed replacement. When I called Tobias, he told me that he’d be over as soon as he finished another vehicle. He arrived within two hours and gave me a very reasonable quote for a new starter and replacement service. It took him a total of two hours to get my car working again. If it wasn’t for him, I’d have to pay a fortune between the cost of getting my car towed and paying an auto body shop. I will definitely be using Tobias for all of my future car problems. Thank you so much for being honest, reliable, and getting me back on the road!

TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!! STAY AWAY!!!! This person has the worst attitude of anyone I’ve dealt with on google. ion know if bra going through suthing and takes it our on his people..but He told me he’d come out on Thursday, but when Wednesday rolled around and I asked for a time, he responded with “not sure” and left me hanging. LOL im like do i ask him again? or call him to get a definitive anwser..cuz i need to know..cuz i have to fit him in around work.. So i decided to call him , and he got upset, saying, “How am I supposed to know the time? I don’t even know where the hell the car is!” Then he hung up on me. I called him twice more and texted him saying "can you hit me" so i wrote him telling him he has a bad attitude. Despite my patience, he remained rude and unprofessional. To top it off, he tried to accuse me of hanging up on him. LOL dude is really off his rockers It’s been a frustrating experience
