Horrible service had to take my truck twice to get fixed paint was falling off took it the second time and left it worst fish eye all over and scraped the side both sides of the hood even stained my rims with the paint primer they never fixed it with the excuse they didn’t have staff Ruben never cared to call me back he just washed he’s hands after he got paid 15k clames to be certified but never did the job right till this day I haven’t heard from them called more than 100 times never answered Dodge Durango and it’s the exact same name that’s on the review don’t pretend you don’t remember I took my truck to u twice u tried to make me dumb because I’m a female ask the man that’s always there when ur not he helped me and even took pictures of the ugly work that was done I called u and went to look for u many times and every time you said you didn’t have people to work that was the same excuse u always gave me and yes your people did put primer on my rims no need to lie u we’re supposed to fix it the second time and you know u left it worst because I went off on you when I picked it up u even had to rent a car for me I’m sure you remember but obviously not going to admit it 🤦🏻‍♀️

It took over 2 months to get my vehicle repaired due to insurance issues, but as soon as this company worked on the vehicle the nightmare began. The owner, Ruben, stated he would be calling me on numerous occasions about the status of my vehicle repair which never happened, he stated, and I quote, “Your car will be back in dealership condition”, which was a total lie, as soon as I got my vehicle back I noticed these issues: the paint job wasn’t done properly, the trunk doesn’t open properly, the rearview mirror was damaged, the trunk license plate lights don’t function properly, the trim on doors are damaged due to masking tape and rear driver door doesn’t close properly, failed to fix damages, the owner stated they were only focused on the driver rear as it was the focus of the collision, however the passenger rear needed repairs as well due to the collision, which they failed to fix. The owner said to return the vehicle back for them to fix these issues, but I seriously don’t have the time nor patience to deal with this company again… when these matters should’ve been fixed the first time I took it in. Beware of this company’s false promises which will waste your time and money.

Wonderful place, very professional! The owner offered to also check under the wreck part for unseen problems verses the "other" place only want "to paint the outside"

This is a great establishment for car repair. Ruben has great customer service skills, is very professional and helpful. They fixed my vehicle in a week and I had no problems with the insurance. Ruben took care of everything. I recommend this place to everyone!!
