This will be my first time using this mechanic. I have to have a head replacement, and am hoping to get my car back this week. Will wait and see how my car runs before giving my final review. >>>Got my car back today It runs great and the bill was less than quoted. It's nice to finally have a garage I can trust. My mechanic was Mike and he did a superb job. I would recommend this shop to anyone. Cuddos guys! Back in the expert hands of Car Care, this time for an ignition coil. Only had to be without it overnight. I would never have guessed that. I was thinking it was going to be something else major and big bucks. The fee was real reasonable. I'm happy, happy, happy. Thanks Car Care! Drove my car to pharmacy, ran just fine. Came out to make my trip home and the car ran even worse than before the new coil. Took it back to Car Care expecting another substantial bill. They called me the next day and said it was ready. I asked what the bill was and she said nothing. I'm 75 and no mechanic. They could have told me anything and charged me. But instead they said it was a bad valve spring on the new head they put on. Now I like that kind of honesty. That's why I recommend them to anyone. They're a great outfit and I wouldn't take my car to anyone else. Thanks guys.

Got us in on the spur of the moment. Communication was decent but limited by busyness. Went the extra mile to get parts in a timely way and wait for us to confirm repairs needed. More problems and codes surfaced after there, so may not have found the problem.

Cannot recommend this place enough! They saved me hundred of dollars! Everybody was super nice and caring. Will be going to this place from now on instead of these greedy dealerships!

Brought my 2020 Honda in for A/C issues after being quoted $2,100 by Southwest Honda of Lawton. The staff took the time to point out an existing service bulletin/extended warranty that I was not made aware of at the dealership. They sent me on my way for no charge. Car Care of Lawton is an extremely honest business that I highly recommend.

HONEST, INTEGRITY & TRUSTWORTHY !!! She called to let me know what all was wrong and price. When I go to pay, it was $100 lower. She explain she had priced wrong one and didn't have to replace my gaskets. Much RESPECT !! Service was Fantastic !

I scheduled an appointment to get my car seen at 9. I go in around 8:58 and I see that there was someone in front of me and the guy at the counter made eye contact. He knew I was there and instead of helping me since I was next in line he helped two other woman that walked in before me. I’m not saying don’t help them but I made an appointment 9. I showed up and had been waiting for 10 mins while he helped people that showed up after me and did not have an appointment. I don’t know if they are just racist or didn’t like my appearance. I do know that I had to interrupt him and a customer just to cancel the visit because I had waited so long for something I had appointment for days in advance. I will never use them and i will let everyone I know my opinion on this place. Horrible service!!! I DID APPROACH THE COUNTER YOU MADE EYE CONTACT. I SAT IN YOUR WAITING AREA WHILE YOU HELPED THE PERSON IN FRONT, THEN YOU JUST LET PEOPLE CUT IN FRONT AND HELPED THEM. Don’t try to act all high and mighty for the internet. That response is hilarious. Why I have a waiting area and seats right next to the counter if you’re not able to sit. That makes absolutely no sense. Idk how hard it is to say “ma’am this gentlemen was here before you”.

Not from the area, no family, tools, knowledge of the area, etc. Many people referred me to car care as the best in Lawton. Took the vehicle in and it was diagnosed very quickly. Was told it would be an expensive repair, but authorized it as i had no alternative. When the vehicle was ready, went to pick it up and found that they actually determined the original diagnosis was incorrect, in my favor. They fixed it for less than half of what they quoted me originally. I had no way of verifying what work needed to be done, and had already approved the more expensive job. They could have taken me for the thousands they quoted me originally, but were honest, and showed great integrity by repairing what was actually wrong, and not adding additional work, even when it was pre-approved and there was no way for me to know the difference. Highly recommend. Very honest shop. Will use again for anything vehicle related in the Lawton area. No issues after the repair. Just to be 100% transparent, they did forget to hook up a wiper fluid line when finished, and the time it took slightly exceeded the original quoted time. However, no big deal. Wouldn't bring vehicles anywhere else.

Other places MIGHT have been able get my vehicle in next week. I brought it in and expected it to he a three or four day job due to parts availability, but total surprise when I got the "it's ready" call two days early. Fixed correctly AND a couple hundred dollars under the quote.

Terrible service and very rude didn't want my service at all and I had a warranty and I made a appointment and they had it since 8am and then called me told me at 4pm that wifi went out when my car was the first one there when I dropped it off and then tried to reschedule then they was not trying to cooperate or anything I will not be going there for service again

2nd time, I've taken my 20 year old truck here. I've done extensive research on repair shops in the area prior to taking it here because I am not from this area My research was spot on. Amazing and professional staff. The owner cares about his employees, and it shows. They enjoy working here, and that makes all the difference. My truck has immense sentimental value to me, and I won't let just anyone touch it. They could have easily charged me for parts and labor I didn't need. I came into the shop the first time, insisting that my whole power steering unit was compromised. 45 min later, they called to inform me I was mistaken, and it was just a hose. Saved me a lot of time and money. I wish I could have this shop where I live in Florida. Great job, gentlemen.
