He has skilled and talented mechanics and we'll get your car serviced in a timely fashion. He is very honest kind and will give you the best pricing far superior to any other place in Sarasota! I have known him for many many years and he consistently always gives me the best pricing and the best service! Tom is an excellent mechanic, and provides a fantastic service to our community. I take all of my cars to him, because I know I’m going to get an honest assessment of my vehicle's needs and great service. All the guys who work there are extremely knowledgeable, and the vibe is always welcoming and fun. My f250 broke down going to Sarasota from fort Myers, and I called the local auto repair shop. I talked to the front desk and right of way they said yes bring it but we are very busy fyi. As soon as I got there they helped me right of way with information and a ride to the local rental place. Made me feel like I knew this guys right of way. Like if it was my buddy’s shop type of atmosphere. Thanks CCC…sending pizza ✅

I am so grateful for Car Care Connection!!! I had a nail in my tire and called my husband,we were then referred there by our friend Bob and I was so pleasantly surprised by the concern they showed!!! I pulled in without an appointment and they got me right in and fixed the tire immediately!!! Such peace of mind!!! I can't thank them enough!!!

I dropped my Lexus CT200h off with a very serious ball joint/axel issue. The turnaround time was very fast and the price was more than fair. Mechanic Fritz helped me. Highly recommend!!!!!

Yesterday 2/19/24 I stopped by to ask for help with dashboard warning lights Tom the owner was quick to order diagnostic testing. Which quickly discovered the problem I’m so grateful for the immediate service and concern I’m from out of state and never expected to receive that kind of service without an appointment Thanks Tom and guys Very professional and helpful. Shawn was able quickly review the Court orders regarding my authority, diagnosed the vehicle's issue, and repair the vehicle in a timely, cost-effective manner. If I could I’d give this shop a 0. Dishonest and bad business like I have never experienced before. Owner is lazy and the mechanics follow his lead. Rude mechanics who put my Jeep off being fixed for months as I was given the run around and lied to about “parts being on back order”. I was charged for services that where not provided on my vehicle. They do NOT care about you or your vehicle but they will take your money and tell you they provided services. BAD BUSINESS.

Since moving here in 2019, I have used Car Care Connection for both of my cars. These guys at this shop are excellent. We had a flat tire near their shop, we took the tire to them and Christian helped us get right in. They fixed the tire and we were on our way in less than 5 minutes, that is excellent service. Thank you to you and your guys for your hard work.

They charged me for fluid i provided, 2 hours of labor for 300 dollars to replace the master and slave cylinder on a mazda miata, I jus feel ripped off. Was gonna do it my self since its so simple but a wheel lock prevented me from doing it addin that it went out on the way to work, took it into car care connection since it was right across the road as an care care employee and other gulfgate shops recommended that theyd have all the tools for it. The work was done quick and they were good people. Just feel ripped off, paid through the phone bc they were closin an hour and a half early and couldnt see the receipt. ended up payin 338 dollars, jus feel ripped off and tooken advantage of. Still plan on coming in for the fluid i shouldn’t have been charged for, and maybe then someone can explain to me why it cost what i payed.

When my car broke down I was towed here on the recommendation of the roadside emergency responder. It took a few more days but they did a complete job even though one thing led to another and I ended up having a new battery and a new alternator. If I have to in the future I will go there again.
