I sent my wife vehicle here for these gentlemen to work on it. They explained to me the vehicle was kept inside the complex overnight for the weekend once my wife went to pick the vehicle up and the vehicle had numerous scratches all over the passenger side hood doors roof of the car. These gentlemen said it could not have happened at the establishment because the car was inside. These people are very unprofessional and rude and do not for their mistakes. Please do not waste your money dealing with these People, please take heed these people are horrible and not accountable for their actions and also, they are crooks

They unplugged my AC Compressor!! And told me it needed to be fixed. Don’t trust these people!!!! I just found out and my nephew fixed it and plugged it back in. They grabbed it and hid behind so it wasent noticeable. My nephew found that out and plugged it and my AC is working now. DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE

Do not go to this shop. I got a tune up there and when I went to pick up my car it was jerking never jerked before so I knew it was something they did. It’s a man with blonde hair he will argue with you knowing they messed up the tune up. I went to another auto repair shop and autozone an go paper work showing it was the tube up so I would recommend you looking around if you care about your car.

i would not recommend this shop, really bad services with attitude, i bring my own oil and need they change it, it cost $25 and damaged my car as shown, there’s a lots auto shop would do cheaper guys don’t come

I took my car here to get my clutch replaced and the guy I spoke to told me it could be done in a week. Sure enough, he gave me a call exactly one week later, and my car has been running smoothly ever since.

Initial quote was high and did a little research for average price range for alternator replacement, they honored the price range I found, so that was fair. Overall good customer service and experience.

The mechanic is not professional. He made fun of my car because it was old and he keeping asking why I wanted to keep my car. I just simply wanted my motor to repaired correctly. I paid the guy cash and in full. After having my motor ship to them and my car being in the shop for 2 weeks the car still wasn't driving at it's full potential. Upon returning the car to let them know the car was running horrible they didn't give me good customer service nor were they compassionate that I was without my vehicle the whole weekend. I asked him to take a look at it and he told me not to worry about it and walked off. I would not recommend anyone to bring your car to this shop because they don't appreciate good paying customers.

Friendly family auto repair! No-nonsense owners make it easy to get your car repaired without worrying if they are taking advantage of you. I took my VW in for A/C problems and after trying to diagnose myself, they said it was a part that does not go out often that would take 8 hours to replace since it was such a pain to get to (thanks, VW). I went ahead and trusted them and was not disappointed! A/C still works great for over a year and through the Houston summers! They will also try to work with you on cost.
