I had been looking for a good auto service shop for the past couple of years and someone recently recommended Car Aid to me, so I gave it a try. So far, I am very satisfied with the service I have received on my two vehicles and the customer service has been excellent and I would recommend the Waterford Car Aid to anyone who is looking for reliable and professional automotive service!

Took my car in because my sunroof developed a leak. (Don't get a moon or sun roof! ) called and Corey said they'd take a look at it. Ended up being a little more than they could do. They did spend 30 minutes on it so I was charged for that but not charged for extra time. Corey gave me a couple of suggestions, one of which I'm going to try and that will save me future headaches. IF they had kept trying to fix itand charged me, with permission of course, the $300 he quoted me, then said nope can't fix it, sorry, they'd have lost a costumer. Thanks for the honesty! I remain loyal.

Amazing experience at Car Aid of Waterford. Corey was polite, professional, and up front about what work was needed and how much it would cost. There was no pressure to pay for more than I needed and the work was done quickly. Comfortable lobby with free coffee and good music made the wait easily bearable.

I absolutely loved the experience I had at Car Aid. I received an oil change from them, along with a turbo replacement (and a few other minor things). I appreciate that I was able to book an appointment online. The customer service is top notch and I enjoyed chatting with the owners who are very passionate about the work they do! They gave me a ride home after leaving my car at the shop, and I received updates and pictures as they were working on my car. Everything was explained thoroughly and I appreciated learning more about my car and how it works. I was also explained information on the warranty. I am relieved to have a trusted place to take my car and I finally feel safe driving it again. I would highly recommend anyone go there for services!

I was very impressed with the new ownership over at Car Aid Waterford. Corey was extremely helpful and patient explaining needed repairs. He was also sympathetic to my financial issues. I definitely would highly recommend this auto shop for all maintenance and repairs. I had a good feeling in my spirit that I could trust them and that they were honest and had integrity.

Took my Cadillac ATS in for service. Jeremy was friendly, called me with diagnostics, and had the car repaired same day. The warranty on their work is very good. Continuing good customer service Don provided for years. Good first experience.

Love dons auto. He is always very upfront and honest. Never pushes anything unwanted unless it's a safety concern. And he is quick!!! I would give 10 starts if I could.

Called and made an appointment for a simple oil change. Went in early to drop it off (wasn’t even in a hurry to get back all day) and was told they couldn’t get me in at all that day and to try again tomorrow. I didn’t even get any sort of courtesy call and had to drive 15 minutes across town. What’s the point of an appointment if you’re going to make other appointments? Seems like a very unorganized operation. Edit. If you don’t take appointments then why did your employee tell me to come in the next day at 9? Sounds like an appointment to me but maybe you shouldn’t say that if you don’t take appointments.

Fantastic experience! Don got me in when all the other places were booked a week out. Very thorough and called me promptly as soon as he knew what was in need of repair. Fixed my power steering cooler in record time! I will definitely be back!

I brought my vehicle here because it was making a noise. They got it in a bay within 10 minutes and 20 minutes later were able to tell me what the issue was along with something else they found. They let me know it wasn't something I needed to have done right away but eventually should be addressed. I appreciate the honesty instead of making it sound like it should be done immediately. My car was done within 24 hours and Don communicated everything with me. The staff was also friendly and easy to talk to. Honesty, good pricing, knowledgeable and nice = returning customer!

I had to get my brakes replaced last minute because they were completely shot and decided to go here because I saw the good reviews, and I must say I was not disappointed. Don was such a nice guy and made sure that I got in quick and was taken care of. If you need some work done on your vehicle, then I highly recommend this place. They are very honest, nice, and willing to do what they can to make sure you have a good experience. Again, I highly recommend it.

I have been taking my vehicle here for all repairs for the last 5 years. Don and his team put in alot of effort to make sure job gets done right. Don always gives you a call about what repairs/service you need to get fixed. Plus he gets most of his parts with lifetime warranty and if part has issues you just need to pay for labor to replace. Can't go wrong with going to an auto shop where the owner is there to also help his team and work on your vehicle too when needed!
