DONT COME HERE WITH PROGRESSIVE! I got rear ended and it took 3 months to get my car back and they would call me every week saying “next week it will be ready” when parts haven’t even been arrived. Once I got my car back I got met with them installing horrible parts in an unacceptable conditions. Krum is a big MANIPULATOR. He does not make sure everything is up to standard and doesn’t inspect the car before calling me to drive 45 mins to get my car. He will tell you parts like this is the norm for jeeps and “can’t do nothing about it”. They missed to order the handle part so I had to wait more to get that shipped in. Not only was the bumper poorly scratched, side clips were loose, trail hatch was dented there was glue, black fingerprints and a dented back seat cushion from the seats being down were all over inside of my car I was mad to say the least. I had to push them to make it right and progressive will manipulate you to avoid having to re order parts. I’m pretty sure they damaged the camera wiring when reinstalling or something because now my backup camera looks wack at night and without evidence on how it was before they refuse to inspect the issue and progressive took their side. DONT COME HERE IS YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR TIME. after the handle came in and expressed to fix the remaining issues they call me in was ready. Drove 45 mins just to be met with disappointment and had to wait even more to get Those fix. Unbelievable place

Unfortunately I would not recommend this shop. After being in an accident, this was a shop that works closely with Geico and I assumed would make the process more seamless. The repair process took the estimated time given, however, if a customer requests updates as to when things are approved, and repairs have started and their customer service rep lets you know they will but doesn’t follow through that’s poor communication on their part. Also if you have a rental car through Enterprise, do not expect this shop to return the vehicle on your behalf. Supposedly they work closely with Enterprise and upon picking up my vehicle they offered to return my rental car. However, it sat at their shop for two days without being returned or notified. Fortunately I had to return my vehicle due to an alignment issue and saw my rental car still there. They informed me that Enterprise had been notified. This wasn’t true as when I called they had no notification that my rental car was at the shop. I was charged for two additional days it sat at the auto shop. Communication isn’t clear and promises that they make aren’t followed through on.

had my vehicle serviced here after it was broken into and the airbag was stolen they kept me up to date through the whole process and finished exactly when they said they would. great service great team over there and quality work they replaced with all oem parts too

Amazing transformation! I was in the parking lot pressing my remote, not realizing I'm looking at my car 😂 Professional and friendly service start to finish. Will went above and beyond when he had an estimate performed for suspension work. Five stars all day. Highly recommended.

Excellent Service – Highly Recommend! My wife and I had just boarded a cruise ship and were about to embark on the journey to the Bahamas when we got a call that someone had crashed into our parked car back at home. After our initial call to the insurance company to start the claim, we immediately thought about Capital Auto Shop to help us with our auto body repairs. We had heard many good things about them and so we made the call. They really went above and beyond to help my wife and I during this stressful situation. From the moment we reached out, they handled everything for us. They worked directly with the insurance company, coordinated with the rental car company, and even arranged the payment to the tow truck service, making the whole process hassle-free. What really stood out was their constant communication. They kept us updated every step of the way, from when parts were expected to arrive to the progress on the repairs. Their professionalism and dedication turned a challenging experience into one that was smooth and stress-free. Krum and team went above and beyond my expectations. I was referred here by my insurance company to get my rear bumper fixed. We found out there were prior damages underneath, so the situation was a bit more complicated. Krum was very patient and thorough walking me through all the options, addressed all my concerns, gave frequent updates, and worked after hours to complete the repair. Thank you & highly recommend!

This shop ROCKS! Factually, the best experience I've ever had in the context of ANY repair scenario. Krum and Will were extraordinary. Unmatched customer service, subject matter expertise, attention to detail, and professionalism. I'll never go/recommend anywhere else as long as I am in the DMV. Car looks brand SPANKING new. Love these guys!!!!!!

Absolutely thrilled with their work and service! A big shoutout to Krum and Will. They went above and beyond to ensure that the final repair met their (and my) expectations, even if it required a few re-do's. While it did take a couple more weeks than initially expected, it wasn't an issue for me since I had a rental car with insurance. As other reviewer mentioned, the car's overall condition looked even cleaner than I originally dropped :) Overall, it was a very pleasant experience with genuinely nice people who take pride in their work. They're trustworthy, and I'll definitely be returning.

This shop provided a true old-style customer service. They treated me like a customer that they want to come back. The service they provided to my 2017 Mercedes-Benz E-class was outstanding. They ensured the car was gone through a quality assurance inspection and made it look like nothing ever happened to the car. I highly recommend.

I recently went to this shop to make two repairs for my Toyota Highlander, the front and back bumper and the trunk gate. They did an excellent job on the repairs and the car looks brand new. I worked with Will and the customer service was excellent. The rates are very reasonable as well. I highly recommend this body shop.

Absolutely phenomenal job. I brought in Brand new 2023 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon and the team did a phenomenal job, now just great work but on time and on budget. I hope i never have accidnets again but if i do and need a body work i know where to go.

Completed minor body work on a Porsche Cayenne. Not only the work was flawless and well priced but the cherry on top was a professional-level detailing and wash. The car came back cleaner than when it was brand new. Highly recommend this shop -- and try out their detailing offerings -- totally worth it!!! I will most definitely go back there to use their detailing service. I've tried various detailing shops in our area and none come even close to their quality and value.

GEICO recommended them to me. I was very happy with the well-managed repair process. Communication with me was perfect, the repair was done as they initially described, and they worked well with GEICO. Car looks perfect, and was probabnly cleaner than I normally keep it when I picked it up. Everything went above my expectations.

I recently had an insurance repair for my car here, moderate body work. They did a decent job but ordered some aftermarket parts that didn't work a couple times, so it took ~2 weeks longer than expected and some parts they used have significant scratches and bumps. When I got my car back, the gas tank was almost completely empty (they apologized and gave me cash to fill up myself), the battery terminals were left untightened so I had to call AAA for a jump a couple days later, and the back blinker circuit was never reconnected so I ended up having to take it back in anyhow. Quality control needs to be better.
