Had some concerns with my vehicle so I brought it to Cangany and they were perfect from start to finish. Turns out, there was nothing wrong with my truck, but to have a full 30+ point inspection and a high quality repair shop tell me it looks great and is well maintained gave me an incredible sense of peace. I will absolutely be back in the future.

I have taken my vehicles to Cagney’s for over 20 years. They are professional, honest and repair my rides with professional experience. When all is done my ride s fixed and I am back on the road. Prices are a little more than what you might pay elsewhere but you can rest assured your repair is done right. If they can’t fix it then they will tell you up front and not charge for the time spent trying to diagnose the issue. These guys are honest, fair and professional. I would and have recommend them to other friends.

Had my wife's car and my car in for him changes and they just treat you good. Very nice and not pushy on getting maintenance things done that will need done in the future. They always leave the inside clean and all around good company. Especially John up front.

Always my first go to for any of my vehicles. Entire staff awesomely trustworthy to give fair assessment of what is wrong and what is needed to fix any issues. Always I feel price and labor costs not taking advantage. Love this place. Never ever felt deceived. And they always get things fixed quick with minimal time delays. My family will EXCLUSIVELY have our cars serviced by Cangany. Never again will I bother with any other service center. Cangany is an eastside institution, a landmark more successful and recognizable than the Washington Square Mall lot it occupies. This place is just truly filled with the best people on earth and after moving to Carmel, I thought "oh going all the way to 10th and Mitthoefer is too far." It's not, it's more than worth it. If you can push, pull, trailer, telekinesis your car to Cangany's. You want your car taken care of by their honest, professionals that provide transparency and honestly care. My 94 year old grandmother was treated like family by John Cangany, which is why her verb for sickly car was needing "canganys". They have my business until the day I die.

I am thrilled to say that I have identified a trustworthy, reliable group of mechanics in Indianapolis. I needed a lot of work done on my 2016 Subaru Impreza, and they were able to diagnose and fix all the problems on the same day. This included new front brakes, a new tire, a/c, and spark plugs. The communication was consistent throughout the process, and I was given an itemized list of problems that I reviewed before confirming the fixes. Overall, the experience was excellent, and I will be back for any car issues. I've already recommended them to a friend. Thanks, Cangany!

I use to receive excellent service from Cangany Auto services. I have noticed in the past year that the service has really went downhill. They are very careless with your vehicle and invoicing. I have had items broken and nothing was said until I found it broken. They don't listen to your concerns about what you take your vehicle in for. I would highly recommend people to find another shop for repairs.

I was charged $201.44 for diagnostics and another $201.44 for labor to replace spark plugs, an ignition coil assembly, and do an oil change. I was charged for 3 hours of labor and it took about 1.5 hours, with diagnostics and repairs. I paid a total of $937... I called to get an estimate at a shop nearby, the one I was referred to but no one was available when I walked in, and they quoted me about $480 for the same repairs. I was told that the $201.44 is the regular diagnostic fee but someone came in and had something else repaired and his total bill was under $200. They took off one of the fees and charged me $937 instead of the $1155 that I was quoted. Go to Tune Tech instead. They won't rob you for 30 minutes of labor. Update... I drove off the lot and barely got half a block away when my car started presenting the exact same issues, as if there had not been any work done on it at all. I drove back to the shop. The manager informs me that he would get it looked at. He drove my vehicle then comes to tell me that it may need another ignition coil since they replaced one of the four that the vehicle has... He reported that the part would be coming from the parts place and they would put it on without charging me anything else... Why in the heck would I expect to be charged when I just spent $937 and my vehicle was not repaired, at all. It took all of another 30 minutes. I didn't see anyone bring any parts in. If my car had a misfire due to needing spark plugs because I reached 150,000 miles while on that trip across the country, why was it having the same issue after they replaced all four of them?? Again, go to a different shop so that your vehicle actually gets fixed. This was ridiculous and the nerve of this man to tell me that he would not charge to fix my vehicle after I paid him $937 and they didn't fix anything... What is wrong with people.. Don't throw your money away going to this shop. The other one is really busy but it's because they are good and actually repairing vehicles. Just wait for them to get you taken care of when you go to Tune Tech. I wish I would have waited.

Cagany Auto is the best service on Eastside!! I called in and spoke to John, he immediately got me in and I got my car back the next day! I was super excited at such fast, efficient quality service. Shout out to Mike for making sure I understood what service my car needed! I will be returning for all of my car repairs , I trust their work and would highly recommend them to my family and friends!!
