Had a great experience with this shop! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Needed 4 new tires mounted and balanced on my 20in aftermarket wheels, and alignment done on my BMW. They did an amazing job, no excuses, just quality work! Thank you!!!

John took care of my air condition problem in a timely manner and his tech,Ronnie, found another problem unrelated to this problem.shop not set up to deal with this problem. Went to a specialty shop to fix this. All is good. Highly recommend

VERY DISAPPOINTED!! I purchased a 2012 Buic Verano, $6000 cash purchase for my daughter. At the test drive I stressed that the car would be for my daughter who lives in Atlanta. After checking the car fax and test driving the car, I decided to purchase the car that Friday, October 2, 2024. The car broke down October 4.. two days later on I-20. I reached out to the dealer and the owner was VERY rude. It was a whole different attitude from when my money was being taken. Im stuck with a broke car and no title I must add. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS JANKY CAR LOT!!!

showed up at 8 am, they started on car at about 8:02, Had a tire change and front end alignment. They were professional, quick, did not try to sell me anything I didn't need. Had the work done a little after nine. Absolute professionals and great people. Also, prices were inline with everyone else and actually cheaper than some places. Highly recommend.

I'm so happy with the service I received! Gerald's had over a 4 hour wait, I came here instead and they were super fast and friendly. In and out in less than an hour! Can't recommend enough and will definitely spread the word!

Had my transmission fixed there less than 2 years and I'm having issues wouldn't recommend going there I spent a lot of money on the transmission and I am not happy about the car have issues yet again.... TO SET THE RECORD STRAIGHT I WAS NOT TOLD ANYTHING ABOUT REPLACING THE TRANSMISSION DUE TO ANYTHING MY REVIEW STANDS HAVE A GOOD DAY OH AND NOTHING IN YOUR RESPONSE IS ACCURATE EXCEPT THE MILAGE

I just found my new favorite tire place 😍. I woke up to a completely flat tire and a simple google search for a tire plug near me directed me to this place. I’m so glad I found them! Employees were very helpful, friendly and quick.

Was easy to find. Pulled in told my situation and they found out why my tire was always leaking. It was leaking at the rim. They fixed it now I won't have to worry about it again. And you can't beat their prices anywhere. They have my business now for sure.

Awesome cs recently moved here from NY. Went to a different shop beforehand that told me they couldn't rotate my tires and said I needed newbies for over $1000. CB Auto rotated them for $20. I'll be going there from now on.

I HIGHLY recommend taking your car to Cane Bay Tire & Auto for service! My boyfriends car overheated Labor Day weekend and had been sitting at the Dodge dealership, they couldn’t look at it until the end of the month. After asking for recommendations for auto shops, I decided to contact CB T&A about the situation Monday. John immediately had the car towed from Dodge, and checked it out the same day I had called. Although there was some difficulty fixing it, we got it back Tuesday and cannot be happier about the service he provided us. We are super thankful at how responsive and informative he was, and he answered all of my annoying questions without hesitation. Thanks again, John! The shop will forever have our service when needed 🙂

They were fantastic changing my oil and engine filter and advising me I had to order a cabin filter from Subaru because they couldn't put in an aftermarket part but they blew it clean. Highly recommend this place. I did not have an appointment and they got me in and out in a very reasonable amount of time. Will definately be back from now on!
