I have done business in the past here and came back despite it being many years since the last time I had been there. When I called about an alignment for my dad's truck that took, 2 yrs to finalize ownership for due to probate, I misquoted the wrong year of vehicle. I stated it was an 07. Mind you I hadn't driven this vehicle because of everything with probate. When I drove it in town I double checked and found it was an 04. I left a note with my keys stating it was an 04. The next day I pay by phone because I was unable to pick up the truck that day and wanted to also assess if it was fine if the truck was there another day. I came back in a day later and picked up the keys. In the office of 3 to 4 other men he asked me if I knew it was an 04. They all started laughing. All of the men even Steve. I said yes and asked if he received the note I had left regarding the miscommunication. He said yes and then continued to laugh with his other staff about it. I was in shock to be laughed at by one man let alone 3 to 4 men. I walked away with them laughing still. I tried the day after to go around 12 pm to talk to them and tell them I felt disrespected and that I wouldn't be doing business with them any longer and they were closed. As a woman and human I deserve more respect than to be the butt end of their jokes, especially to my face.

Great guys they do great work and fair prices. I don't use anyone else for front end alignments they get it right the FIRST time.

Got into a car wreak, went thru insurance and got a estimate thru call away collision. Was told my part would be there Tuesday and it would take 3 days to do. So I went and got a rental car, on Wednesday was told the estimate was lost and the price had jumped from $1500 to $1900 but they couldn’t do anything without insurance approval and still had not gotten the part, probably was never ordered. This experience was not pleasant and pretty much wasted money.

I called during the holiday season, asked about a windshield replacement. I had been putting it off for over a year because of cost, but he was able to quote me an amazing price and fit me in within a few days regardless of the weather. I took the gamble, out of necessity. It was done quicker than the quoted time, cheaper than originally agreed upon and the windshield was so well done, i kept touching it to make sure it was actually there. We will be returning very soon with the rest of our farm truck fleet and all their body needs!

THIS PLACE IS THE BEST!! I called for a windshield on wednsday and Joey put it in on Saturday, and it was about $100 less than anywhere else....and he did a fantastic job!!! GO HERE...they are the best by far. As far as the license holding, they didn't do that to me, but if they did I wouldn't have cared.......unless I was planning on not paying??? Just a wild guess:) God Bless!!

Joey replaced my windshield for half the price of the leading competition. He was friendly to work with as well. He picked my car up at work and dropped it back off, making sure everything was perfectly taken care of. Highly recommend for windshield repair and other automotive needs.

Callaway Collision destroyed the bumper on my friends car and then made up 3 different stories explaining how it happened. I wouldn't trust this place with anything. They don't have any cameras and only take cash. It's shady as hell

They held my driver's license until I paid them- in cash only. I have never been to a car place that's cash only. They also don't have any cameras on the property, so if they damage your car, it's impossible to prove it. If you choose to take your car here, take pictures of your car before you drive it there, immediately after dropping it off, and on pick-up.
