Service here is fantastic. Rich went above and beyond to help me with my sudden car issue (even though I came in on Saturday evening right before close). He figured out the cause, sourced a part that wasn't easily available on the weekend before a holiday and got me back on the road in no time. This was my first time here, and I will definitely be coming back in the future.

We were passing through on our way to Northern Virginia when our car broke down. We called few places and they took us in. Rich spent many hours trying to get us back on the road. He kept us updated throughout and charged us a reasonable amount for the work done. He went above and beyond. Highly recommended. If you are local you are lucky to have such a great auto shop close by!

Rare to find honest mechanics but there here at Callahan’s. Brought in a 22 year old truck with brake issues and they identified and corrected the problem quickly and at a fair price. Would happily use them again.

They inspected my car for a bunch of noise on the right side, found out it was a loose chunk of plastic, and fixed it for free. Was expecting to spent up to $400. Can't say enough good things about these guys. Honest, great mechanics

Great service. They were quick and courteous. I went in for an inspection on my lunch hour. The staff had the inspection done in just a few minutes as promised and I was able to get back to work on time.

Recently had work done at this place, and this is a wonderful place to have automotive service done. Family owned and honest Christian people. Rich and his wife Bonnie go beyond to make sure work is done correctly and you are happy with the results. If you are looking for honest automotive work this is your place to go, especially in the Greensboro area. Would definitely use them again.

I just stopped in for a state inspection, but the shop is welcoming, everyone there is friendly, and even without an appointment I was in and out in no time! I love that this is a locally owned independent shop as well! I will definitely be back if/when I need service on my car!

I am extremely happy with the prompt service that I receive at Callahan's Auto Service. The customer service is exceptional! Diagnosis of the issue is prompt, the cost is quoted at the time of call and the car is fixed when promised. I can take my older car there anytime and in my case it has been a drop off after hours from a tow and my car has been taken care of the next day! Excellent excellent excellent service!

Callahan’s is under new management, as it has been purchased by an employee, when the owner retired. Am excited to say it provides as great if not greater service now! A fantastic small business! I highly recommend! I trust them with my Jaguar, which should be an indication of how fabulous they are! Good luck to the new owners!
