I found him on here few years ago & took a chance because the reviews are amazing, let me tell you, he will not disappoint you. I will keep coming for years to come. Definitely recommend! Mechanics like him are hard to find.

Shane is a very honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable mechanic who cares for his customers, and really explains everything to give you good understanding about your vehicle and any minor or major inconveniences you have. He does amazing quality work for such a fair price overall great guy, customer service and experience, I found my go to mechanic I can call when in need definitely a 10/10 would recommend to anyone with a Mercedes or BMW.

My Mercedes Air conditioner sometimes stop working so I made an appointment to repair the conditioner and went here in summer. Well, the air condition worked well when was checked at the beginning and even kept working well for half an hour. The technician explained to us sometimes we had to wait for few minutes if it’s too hot inside during the summer and told us it’s free this time and we could go there anytime once the AC doesn’t work again in the future. Since then the summer is over, I have tried the AC today and it still works well. Thanks!!

Shane has the only shop in the area that I trust with my Mercedes. I have been a customer for the last 5 years and he has diagnosed and repaired my vehicle on many occasions. He is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Reputation and excellence goes a long way with me and he has it all!

Quality shop with an honest mechanic who has extensive professional experience! Was passing through town with a Mercedes van without AC, which is obviously brutal in Fresno. Called Steve to explain the situation and he offered to open his shop early to help me out. Most mechanics don't bother to properly troubleshoot, but with Steve's formal training at Mercedes Professional Academy, he knew exactly how to diagnose the issue quickly and not throw the old ‘parts cannon’ at it racking up unnecessary costs. In under an hour, he had me back on the road with ICE-COLD AC. He's an honest dude who takes pride in his work. Thanks for saving my road trip! 5 starts, highly recommend.

Shane is an awesome mechanic, and always finds time to get my car in. I never feel like I'm being taken advantage of, which is pretty common being a female who knows nothing about cars😄 He's honest and his work is reliable. My husband and I won't take our Mercedes anywhere else!

Shane was professional and straightforward. I was happy he made sure my bmw would stay inside his shop which is gated and supervised. He makes sure me “the customer” is always satisfied and happy. I trust him with my bmw and will be back but it won’t be anytime soon. This baby runs better than ever 💯thank you Shane and thank you for also fixing my charger port 👍🏼

My First time owning a Mercedes, Shane was Very Nice and Explained the issues that needed fixing. Plus took his time to fix my Lights without me asking and even tried helping me work my Bluetooth. Absolutely recommend everyone who owns a Mercedes to make him your to go guy!

While driving on the highway a weird sign suddenly popped up which made us really nervous. So we decided to look for a garage near by (we have a mini cooper s). We came across CALIFORNIA MERCEDES & BMW REPAIR SERVICE. There a really nice gentleman helped us immediately. He checked everything and was really nice and helpful. We highly recommend this garage to everybody. This guy saved our road trip through California; thanks again!

Excellent mechanic. Very informative, They took care of all my concerns and warning lights for what looks like half of what was quoted at my local dealer. The work was very clean no oil was left behind as I have seen in past repairs on my vehicle, no finger prints either = ) I was able to speak directly with the mechanic witch is not common I am finding out. Soo A++ keep up the good work and thanks again.

Shane is an excellent mechanic. Fast, friendly service. The fuel pump went out on my car, so I had it towed here. Within 6 hours, Shane had ordered the pump and had it installed. Wonderful service. I will always bring my cars here from now on.

I made the terrible mistake of having my transmission flushed at another shop..They caused a few problems(that they couldn't fix) which put my Mercedes in to limp home mode. I then took my car to Shane, and to be honest there isn't a good enough word to describe how amazing he is, and how quickly he found the problem and got to the bottom of it. Great guy, the price was very very good, and my car has never run better. I will never take my car to anyone but Shane in the future. When you talk to him you feel like you're chatting with one of your good buddies or a family member. There is no shop in Fresno,or in the valley that comes close! Thanks a lot Shane!
