Location was recommended on Next door app. I arrived thinking I would have to make an appt. My rear windows on my truck were off track. He ordered the parts and started working on replacing the parts immediately. I was out in reasonable time. Very kind!

Bad Business indeed. I was told to show up at 8am. I showed up 10 minutes prior to have to wait 10 minutes past the time we agreed on. Nobody showed up at 8. Bad Business!

I bought a water pump from an auto parts store and had California Auto install it on my 2012 Chrysler 300. They only charged $120.00. They were professional and the install was fast. The only thing I wish they would do is get rid of all the junk cars that are sitting in their lot.

Very poor customer service, I was told to bring car in regarding my concern, an I did at the time an day they said, yet just to be turned away, all they can say is no they can't help me. Not professional at all.
