Caliber Collision truly sets the bar high for Collision repair in SD County! The location is ideal and they collaborate well with whatever Insurance Co. you have. Overall, my experience was nothing but exceptional. The end to end process was seamless from initially setting up and coordinating details with Gabby to driving the end to end process with my Service Advisor, Francisco. He is outstanding and not only knowledgeable, but communicated clearly throughout the entire process all while working behind the scenes to ensure the job was done in a meticulous fashion. I cant thank Francisco and Team enough for putting me back on the road. I would definitely recommend Caliber (Manya) to anyone looking for auto repair needs!

The Caliber Collision is always outstanding and comes from a long line of great customer service dated back when it was Sunsett!, My Service Advisor, Marco was professional, courteous, and kept me up to date daily. Marco deserves a raise or a sizable bonus! BRAVO ZULU, as we would say in the U.S. Navy!

My truck was not completed as I expected. Still waiting for parts and is been a month or more. Thay removed some parts they did not replaced it or put them back. They left damaged parts at the back.

Shout out to Marco for being super friendly and flexible. His team did an incredible job fixing up my sentra in such a short time notice before thanksgiving!! I've never had to go to an auto repair shop before so I was stressed; you only hear about bad experiences but not here. It was quick, simplified, professional and great quality experience. (I cannot speak on price, other person's insurance covered it so I don't have an opinion on pricing). Highly recommend this place!!

Caliber was recommended by insurance company I am absolutely 100% satisfied with a job well done, can't tell any difference between original and replacement repair 2nd repair after a sideswipe by a trailer tire is just as perfect as previous repair on front bumper cover. So I am doubly satisfied
