Just got my new vehicle fixed up here and I can’t stress enough the wonderful customer service. Everyone was a joy and especially Ray. He not only made sure my vehicle had the best care, but also made sure that all the paperwork was up to date. Made a stressing situation go by smoother and I couldn’t be happier with the service.

This was the first time I’ve had repairs done by Caliber and the experience was amazing. My estimator Michael Donald was absolutely AWESOME! He kept me informed throughout the entire repair process and my vehicle was ready ahead of schedule which was an added bonus!

Do not take your car here. I ran over debris on the road and messed up my bumper and had something leaking on my car because of it. My insurance told me to take it to them. They only fixed my bumper and said that the leak was not caused by the incident even though my car was NOT leaking before. Had to take it to another shop and that shop inspected it and figured out that my transmission was messed up from that incident and that’s why my car was leaking. Caliber collision told me the leak was coming from my axle which was not correct. Whoever worked on and inspected my car should not be in charge of inspecting cars. I believe that they just wanted to get my car fixed quick and they didn’t do a thorough investigation to figure out why exactly my car was leaking.

Michael, was very patient and understanding with me. I was overly concerned that my vehicle is older and high mileage so I requested a CCC Valuation and although it turned out not to be needed he did pull it for me. He was able to reassure me through the entire process. I’m so great full for how timely they were able to get my vehicle in and complete my repairs! Also Caliber communicated with my insurance USAA and Enterprise to make sure payment was simple and pick up and drop off of my rental was nearly seamless. Thank you all so much for being there for me and taking this stress off my shoulders during such a hectic holiday season!

Couldn't be happier with the service I received. My insurance sent me here 2 years ago for a separate incident and I selected them this go around. I was always kept up to date and even got my car back sooner than expected. Great service all around!

The whole team was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Jeremiah handled my repair and he was knowledgeable on the repairs process, insurance, and were able to give recommendations for local shops to go to for the "everyday" vehicle fixes. Great work and no wasted time getting me back out on the road!

Caliber Collision does great work. The staff is courteous, friendly and attentive. Work completed on my vehicle was done in a shorter time than I expected. You can see the before & after differences. Definitely recommend them.

Wonderful experience. 10/10 recommend! I worked with Jeremiah who was wonderful at communication through the whole process. But everyone I encountered was very pleasant and helpful! Repairs were done in a very timely manner. I’m used to most places keeping my vehicle for months and waiting on parts and no communication. That was not the case at the Caliber at all. Thank you all!
